OMG! Productivity!
Sep. 1st, 2008 09:57 pm9:32pm:
mooseys_sims has been updated! The last update, sadly was last December! I have been playing my Simmies of course, but just haven't got around to posting the stories and events yet. Hopefully, I'll get started on that now I've got back into it.
In other news, things have been going all right with the dogs, althogh just as I was nodding off to sleep last night the big one started barking and wouldn't stop so I went up there to see what was going on. I thought he needed to go out and did that, but he didn't seem to go to the bathroom or anything like that. As it turns out he was probably just barking at a possum or something...pain in the butt. If it happens again, I guess I'll just go up and tell them to keep it down.
Sunday Seven
THIS WEEK’S QUESTION:
Name seven things in your home that you have at least seven of.
1. Notebooks (although they're actually with me here at the bosses' house.
2. Sweet Valley High novels (LOL)
3. Socks
4. Video tapes (and how! O.o)
5. Pairs of shoes
6. Soft toys
7. DVDs
Manic Monday
If you were to name the one thing you have the most compassion for, what would it be?
Hmmm...that's a tough one...I really feel bad for people living in poverty, I really need to do more for them, like sponsor a child or something.
It's been said that, "The best things in life are free." Do you think this is true?
Hmmm...I think so, love and friendship are the best things and life and they are free...hopefully.
What is the most valuable thing you own?
My green laptop! Whoo!
Monday's A Bitch
Those Summer Nights
1. What song will always remind you of this past summer?
Summer is just around the corner here...or at the beginning of this year...and I don't really associate music with summer...I'm not much of a music associator.
2. If you had unlimited cash where would you like to get away to spend your summer and what sort of things would you do there?
I'd go to New York, baby! See the sights, especially Central Park, the Empire State Building, the New York Public Library. Plus I'd get to see a New York New Year's Eve, because our summer is during the Northern Hemisphere winter.
3. If you were stuck on a beach for the summer, how many days would it take you to get sick of swimming, what materials would you use to construct a crude shelter and what random celebrity would you want to randomly show up there and remain topless for your viewing pleasure?
Damn...I don't really like swimming in the sea since I almost drowned, but a nice quiet tropical beach would probably be OK. I really like swimming so I probably wouldn't get sick of it, I wouldn't be so good at constructing a shelter though, maybe out of palm leaves or something? As for the celebrity, Colin Firth aka Mr Darcy of course, LOL!
4.Did you suffer any heat stroke or sunburns this summer?
No. I got heatstroke once when I was in Primary school, man it was terrible! I couldn't get enough water and I felt so confused. I had to go lay in the sick bay for a good hour before I felt better.
5.Are you looking forward to anything in the fall?
Autumn's just ended here so I'm free and clear, hee hee!
Well, I suppose I should go and walk the dogs around the house since it's close to bedtime for me. I hope my co-worker Terry doesn't arrive too early because I'll still be in my pjs! O.o.
Yep, so that's all I have to say...
Goodnight to you all.
