11:13pm: And that always makes me very sad, because now that they've extended it, it means it'll be dark at 6pm now! And that sucks so bad. :O( But there's not much that can be done.

I suppose I can take comfort in the fact that I'll have an extra hour to do my assignments, I was hoping to get some done tonight, but I'm rather sleepy! I'll give it ago, maybe I can track down some articles that will help me tomorrow.

Tomorrow is also apartment showing day, Mum will be coming with me for this though, which is good because sometimes I have trouble dealing with prospective tenants particularly if they're all about getting the apartment right away.

Anyway! Tonight was Earth Hour! And I went down to McMahon Point to watch the light's go out over the city with some friends. At first it looked like there wasn't going to be much of a turn out and I'd have to eat all my cupcakes on my own (LOL), but quite a few of them showed up! So good times were had by all! It was a little unfortunate that not as many lights of before seemed to go off. Shame! Also there's this strange thing where fireworks go off every Saturday evening, I don't know what that's all about, not really lessening the carbon footprint is it. :OP

Unfortunately, my parents forgot all about Earth Hour, honestly their memories are shot these days, so they did not participate, still we've at least remembered to put the clocks back for tomorrow.

:Stuck in the Middle With You:

1. In romance, have you ever been stuck in the middle with someone? N/A.

2. Which current commercial is the currently most annoying to you on TV or radio? Well there is an odd add about some sort of car...appliance thing, I don't even know, but it has some gibberish in it and it's really annoying trying to figure out what the Hell they're on about.

3. What do you think is the most difficult task when it comes to Spring cleaning? Figuring out what to throw out! I have such trouble with that, because sometimes I really do throw things out which I really want to use again later on, but of course it's too late. :O(

4. What area is your expertise in? Library Studies I should hope considering I'm going for a Masters in Information Studies!

5. Have you ever bumped into a former lover and found out they were now gay or straight depending on your relationship with them? N/A. That'd be weird!

6. When was the last time that you got stabbed in the back? Ummm...I don't know, not for a long time, which is good news!

7. For a few years in a row, you receive a nice tax refund: do you make an adjustment with your payroll deduction so they’ll take less, or do you leave it that way so that you can continue to receive the big check every spring? I don't think it works like that here in Australia, but I'd probably keep with it because getting a bit of money at the end of the tax year is always good.

8. Do you remember the most naughty night of your life? (And do tell a bit, if comfortable) Nothing with sexy results, I did once leave the house after a big fight with my parents and walked all the way into the city and didn't come back until 6am which really wasn't the best idea!

9. How would you handle yourself if you were regularly in the press and tabloids? I do believe I'd be seriously fucked. I'm always putting my foot in my mouth!

1. What type of cookie do you most enjoy dipping in ice-cold milk: chocolate chip, Oreo or peanut-butter? I've never actually done that or been interested in doing that so I got nothing. I hear that sucking milk through a Tim Tam is good.

3. Who you are/were you closer to: your mother or your father? Um...I'm quite close to them both! Maybe my father? Like I said, I'm close to both. :O)

4. How do you take your coffee: cold or hot, sugar, cream, both or neither? Don't like coffee.

5. What word do you most wish people would stop using? Well I've mentioned before that I really hate the British pronouciation of the word vitamin and I wish it would go away!

6. How often do you floss your teeth? I used to floss them quite a bit, but then I get lazy, I'm afraid and I don't do it unless I get something stuck between my teeth and need to get it out.

Right! Now I better go look for those articles and turn in even if it's technically an hour earlier than the clock says because I'm tiiiired!

I'd definitely give anxiety the big 'fuck off', I hate it! It's the bane of my existence! What has anxiety, really bad anxiety ever done for anyone? Nothin'.

Anyway! Today was Earth Hour Day! I went with Mum across to the park to see the city, it was awfully misty out...but good times. I wonder why they can't keep the lights off in the buildings all the time. I can understand the warning light on top to warn airplanes, but the entire building lit up? Weird, I tell you!

I think I've spending too much time on my laptop because my eyeballs were having a spaz today, so annoying.
