Stop! November Time!

12:25pm: Happy Halloween to all my US friends!

In other news, I spent my 31st October having a get-together it the friends. I'm happy to say most of 'em showed up (even though I only got three RSVPs - sometimes reply all just doesn't work) and we had lots of fun doin' our usual thing, eating, swearing, chatting. Didn't even need to put on a DVD!

And half of my cupcakes were consumed, yummy, very yummy indeed and that means I still have half left over, good stuff.

Also my friends are a pretty neat bunch so I didn't have to clean up a whole lot of mess afterwards. :O)

Bah! I just got a phone call from some sort survey/telemarket! Argh! Damn their hides!

Well, it's officially NaNoWriMo here in Australia and I should get onto my novel since I can't write as much during the week due to my job. Wish me luck fellow Ljers and NaNoers!

Oh and I got my tax in in the nick of time, but I'm not looking forward to the Tax Office confirming it because I think I owe money. Bummer! Guess I can't complain, it's not like $1000 or something. Still sucks though.

Right, off to write!

10:47pm: Yes, it's NaNo time! (LOL, I just had a great idea for an icon...) I'm aware I mentioned that last entry, but I figured I'd say it again, particular since I'm talking about it in regards to those word count widgets!

I'm listening too my playlist right now, but I've got the TV going on out the corner of my eye - Hell's Kitchen is on and there's a warning for Heavy Language, adult themes and nudity? The first two I understand, but where's the nudity? I mean a kitchen is not a place you wanna be without your pants!

Anywho, I've been lingering on this entry because I got side tracked writing, like I said since I have to work during the week, I figure I better make the best of the weekends, so as I've right now I'm at:

In other news, I went to Church on this side of the Bridge and it was pretty damn interesting, it's All Souls Day tomorrow, and the guy who plays the organ got some of his choir people to come and do a special mass. It was very impressive, although afterwards I would have liked to have seen them sing I Heard It Through the Grapevine acapella style, LOL!

There was also a light supper after the mass, with the most delicious chocolate cake! I had like four pieces despite the fact I have all these cupcakes here. But seriously, yummy as anything.

Ooh, I just went to the NaNoWriMo website and I'm not allowed to enter a word count yet...I hope that doesn't mean I've started early...they said from 12am 1st November local time. I hope it wasn't their local time, even soo though, it's the 1st November everywhere now.

Eh whatever, I'm rambling here! I woke up a bit too early this morning, so that's probably why.

Such being the case, I do believe I'll turn in before midnight.
