9:55pm: Yep, watching RBT on Fox8 and I have seen this episode, because I swear I remember this, a bunch of cops hassling some guys of middle eastern appearance because the cops thought they had canabis. Turns out it was just incense. Wait to be a bunch of racist assholes coppers, whoo!
There's also a guy on this thing who somehow drunk 96 standard drinks in one night and didn't even die, WTF?! How is that even possible? Shit, there's so much wrong with that. You almost want to give him a Guiness Book of World Records for that, but...let's not encourage stupid ass binge drinking. And he was picked up with .142 reading 16 hours after the fact! Some bitch is walking home tonight...
Although I continue to blame this show for not notifying me of the new 'talk into the machine' breath testers they have these days, I looked like an ass when I was pulled over that one time. Thanks for nothing TV! :OP
In other news, the rain has set in hard tonight, it's been pouring down on and off all day.
Hmm, turns out the man of middle eastern appearance did test positive for canabis, but there was certainly racist overtones to the whole thing...Like you know they wouldn't have gone that hard if it had been a couple of white guys.
Also the rain seems to have effected my internet here, I've had to connect through my phone! This displeases me, but at least I can still get on I guess.
Anyway, I don't have much more to report, although this morning there was an accident in the Tunnel which had a huge knock-on affect for traffic including buses coming back to the north side. I ended up having to catch a different bus back to the Granny Flat and walking in the rain - at least I had an umbrella - because everything was held up! Still, I do feel better now than I did this morning, which is a good sign, I hope, because tomorrow I have to go out again for the appointment with the Career's Coach and then it's off to the apartment to show more people.
Right, here's the Meme for today!

What’s the furthest you’ve ever gone to get something to read? (Think extremes as well as miles—wrangling a ride from a stranger to a distant bookstore just to get the newest book from a favorite author?) If your absolute favorite author (living or dead) was coming out with a brand new book tomorrow, how far would you go, what would you do to get a copy?
Well, I did wait in line for quite a while for the sixth Harry Potter book, but that was in the morning not at midnight or anything. I did also have a tendency to read just about anything when I was bored, reading the back of cereal boxes or whatever just for something to do. As for how far I'd go to get a book written by my favourite author...man, I dunno, I've got this cold and there's e-book these days...LOL, so probably not that far, shame on me!
Right, I better be off, the man is coming tomorrow to put up the shelves and whatnot in the Granny Flat and properly the double bed that's here so I can't be lying in it, LOL.
Goodnight all!
