Working for the Man!

11:43pm: It was a quite day at work, but good to be volunteering again, someone even came in to donate to Haiti. I'm watching the news right now, and they've just reported that a three week baby has been found alive and well in the rubble! I'm not sure what happened to her family...I hope they got out and everyone can be reunited. But it sounds pretty awful over there, they had a big aftershock just a while ago. Scary! And still low on hospital supplies. :O(

In other news I've just watched Cold Case it was a double episode tonight and a repeat. I didn't see the first one actually, but I have seen it previously, Jamie Bambier was in it! He played Archie (see icon) and is ridiculously hot. But hearing speak in an American accent is just weird...

The other one was about the horrible way teenage unwed mothers were treated in the 60s when they were sent away to give birth and their babies were immediately taken away from them. :O( Terrible stuff! More info here.

Whoops, it's midnight! Now it looks like a skipped a day, lame...and it's not like I have anything more to say, plus there's no meme up yet.

It's really rather hot in here, I think I'm going to have to turn on the air conditioner.

And tomorrow is a job interview! I better hit the sack so I'm refreshed and confident...come on meee! Wish me luck!

Thinking Back...

11:35pm: Back to the Future of course, dunno why but it came into my head today and I'm reminded of my 88 Fanfics! I started those years ago and never did finish with, I should get back to that!

There's need to be more BTTF fiction I tells ya! I should visit anivad's BTTF site to see if there's anything new that's good.

Anywho! It's getting late and I don't want to update after midnight again, so heeeere's

Oh almost forgot to mention my interview! I think it went OK, although they noticed me changing from my sandals to my good shoes...whoops...how embarrassing. They said they'd get back to me on Monday, so fingers crossed!
