Well, I'll make this quick, as it turns out I had to go pick up Mum and it was pretty bad, it was really hard for me to accelerate or break because my sore leg was just really slow...Then I dropped my money at the damn toll booth and had to lean over and pick it up! Then I got every red light. Geeze, unbelievable! I think I must have broke a mirror or something...

Anyway, I'm buggered now, so to bed I go.

Happy Birthday George McFly!

Huzzah! It's 10:04 pm on 1st of April, so it's my yearly post dedicated to the birthday of my favourite fictional character, George McFly!

George is 68 years old today...ah hard to believe...I wonder what exciting books he has written during since 1985, 'cause you know whatever it is it'll be good. :O)

Because I'm feeling pretty damn lazy and because it actually feels an hour later then it really is (sniff, farewell Daylight Savings!), I didn't make a new collage, but I dusted off this one which I think is still good stuff!



I also won't put the correct time on this entry 'cause that would just mess up the coolness of it. :OP

Q1 - Underdogs: One of the teams playing in this weekend's NCAA Men's Division I College Basketball Tournament “Final Four” here in Indianapolis is Virginia's very own George Mason University. Generally speaking, are you the type of person who likes to root for the underdog?

Yeah sometimes...I certainly was when that Croatian dude was playing in the Australian Open Final...Or was he from Crete...damn it's too late for me to remember that or his name, but that guy rocked! I also went for Sebastian Grojean when he got the the Final's at Wimbledon on a Wild Card, that would have been a great win.

Q2 - Immigrants: Do you think employers should face criminal charges for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants?

If they underpay them, yeah...then again that is of course the whole point of hiring illegal immigrants I suspect...but that doesn't make it right. If their country's weren't so piss poor from general lack of care from the wealthy nations there wouldn't be so many illegal immigrants in the first place. Fight the core problem.

Q3 - Wages: As of today, the federal minimum wage here in the U.S. stands at $5.15 per hour. In your opinion, should the minimum wage be raised, and if so, to how much; and if not, why not?

Fuck me, things must be a lot cheaper over there! Here in Australia the minimum wage for a permanent employee is about $12.50. A loaf of decent bread costs about $2.50, so provided that it costs half that much in the US, I suppose it's not as bad as it sounds...But I hear that service staff don't even get that much, which is shitty, because when I go to a resturant I expect the money I pay for food pays for it, the people cooking it and the people serving it, a tip is for good service.

Q4 - Shopping: I'm headed to the grocery store. Is there anything I can get for you?

Kraft Cheese Wedges please...myabe I shoul give you a hundred bucks so you can get me a case...mmmm...cheese....

1. What song can always make you shed a tear or two when you hear it?

I don't really cry with songs...although Be Not Afraid makes me feel sad (it's a hymn about God always been with you even through the worst).

2. What song can always get your feet tappin' and your hips sawyin' when you hear it?

Any song by the old bands...ah yeah back then music was music none of this screaming, banging on kitchen implements type stuff. Screw that.

3. What movie can always make you cry when you watch it?

Eh, I don't like sad movies...although I'll admit to almost crying at the end of Titanic, but I didn't only because I had my contact lenses in and if I cried I could have lost them, or risked infection from trapped tears.

4. What movie can always make you laugh out loud when you watch it?

Flying High/Airplane! or Spaceballs, gret flicks, great freakin' flicks!

5. What book brought you to tears more than any other that you've read?

Oooh! There was book that made me cry once, but damnit! I can't for the life of me remember what it was...damn...

Ooh, toss up between The Simpsons and Family Guy.

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason I rewatched it, great stuff! Heh heh, that Mr. Mark Darcy!

Oh I never know how to answer this question, it's too hard...I'll play myself 'cause I can't trust anyone else to play me right.

Now are they just freaks, or am I really pissweak at typing? I'm going to be working in an office, so I must know! What results did you my LJ Friends get?
