Ah, Feel More Awake Today...

anonymoose_au11:27pm: As evident by the fact I'm updating at this late hour! Actually when I woke up this morning I felt a bit sleepy, but I quickly perked up when I rang up the library, I was planning to go tomorrow, but when I found out the Inter-Library Loan Officer had made a cake for my birthday! She had thought I was coming in on Monday, how embarrassing! So I headed off and there was quite a bit for me to do today including shelving. Usually this is taken care of by the front desk people, but this morning there was a display of wild-life, a show and tell type thing for kids with a baby crocodile and everything! Long story short, the shelving built up because the wild-life wrangler took up the whole bottom level of the library.
But yes, always a good time at the library! I really must apply for the job and others...I'm sitting on my ass here, a few of these jobs might all ready be taken, so that's what I need to do tomorrow. I sure wish the internet would stop being so bloody slow, I have to put up with it for another day I'm afraid. I'm wondering about asking Mum's friend for the account details and what not so I can keep an eye on our data usage, but I'm not sure how to bring it up...
In other news, I think my other friend has headed back to America, I meant to send an SMS to her before she left, but...I guess I'll have to use Viber or Skype and see how that works out.
Not much else to report, except after my volunteering I went to the Mall and luck for me, The Simpsons 2015 Desk Calendar was still available at the Calendar Club kiosk! I came from the wrong direction at first and so thought I was out of luck, but nope. And it was 40% so go me! :O)
Right, better wrap this up because I do have to get to bed, tomorrow I need to clean my flat, seriously, because Mum and Dad want to come by for a visit and if it looks like this I"ll never hear the end of it. That and job hunting is on the cards tomorrow!
