anonymoose_au11:19pm: My right thumb suddenly began to hurt this evening, like whenever I move it. It makes typing stuff difficult, so I'll make this quick.
Anyway, the apartment lease has been signed, although apparently there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the bed situation, so now Mum and I have to arrange to get the couch bed moved. Having said that, I discovered that one of the slats has broken all the way through, so the poor thing is quite dead. Still..it's a damn handy bed so we're not going to throw it out unless we can find something else to replace it.
After the signing I had good luck with the buses and got back here to the Granny Flat, which is nice because my laptop is here, yay.
Right, yeah, what else to report...well I'm hoping the ABC will call me tomorrow to set up an interview, c'mon positive imagery or whatever, do this for me!
With any luck my thumb will feel better tomorrow.
Oh, wait you can also be assured that despite getting a bit of a late start I got myself to the apartment in time for the valuer to come by, hmpf that only took five minutes annoying.
And that's all I have to say for now.
