anonymoose_au9:36pm: My Blu Ray player is acting up! Which totally sucks because I wasn't able to watch my shows tonight because it kept switching itself on and off, I don't understand what the problem is, it wasn't doing this before. I've looked it up on Google, but I haven't found anything that really helps. Although I notice now that I'm not trying to watch it, it seems to be staying on...oh wait spoke too soon, it's just turned itself to standby. Well fuck, I certainly can't afford to have it serviced. Although...I only bought it this year from 2nds World (but it's not actually second hand) so maybe it's still under warranty? I'll have to look into that later.
In the meantime I have to look for jobs to apply to! I was thinking about refinancing the mortgage for the apartment thinking that that might be a way to get some extra money, but I didn't realise that the loan needs to be 100,000 more than the mortgage as it is because duh that's what my parents have paid so far. Which basically means I need to start earning like twice as much as I am now. Damn.
Well, that's not going to happen any time soon, but I could certainly use some more hours, plus there's two part-time library assistant jobs going, which definitely call for an application! I'm working on it now, well in between writing this entry and doing my laundry.
And...not much else to say except there appears to be some roadwork going on outside and the vehicle they're using it making a rather irritating noise. I hope it goes away before I need to go to bed, otherwise that's going to suck.
