Cancel the Party!
Jan. 8th, 2011 11:38 pm11:11pm: Alas yes, a cold has claimed one friend and there was a general lack of interest from the other friends, so there will be no birthday get-together at the beach tomorrow, which sucks.
Next weekend looks somewhat promising though, so fingers and toes crossed for that. Although on Sunday I'll be visiting M and we can play Canasta and go swimming. Should be fun indeed!
As for today, not much, although there was an incident at Church that was worrying, one of the Eucharistic Ministers fainted and it took them some fifteen minutes before she came around again. She seemed to be all right by the end of mass though, but yikes. It was awfully hot in church even though we had the fans going. That was probably it.
( And now meme time! )
And in closing something just feel on the roof outside, and the cicardas are going nuts...and thtat's bloody annoying.
I hope I'll be able to sleep.
