Lest We Forget

anonymoose_au10:27pm: Today was ANZAC Day and I made sure to watch the march, but I woke up a bit too late to see Grandpa, but I did get to see quite a lot of it before going to the gym with Mum and Dad. I never did get to see the Air Force guys march, I've never actually watched it long enough to see the end, I'm not even sure how long it goes for! But it's always nice to watch just to see all the people invovled and the bands! They've got some pretty kick ass bands in the march, in particular this one called the Millenium Band, but known as the Harry Potter band because of the capes its members wear. Good times.
As I said I went to the gym with Mum and Dad after which we went to the Bistro for lunch :O) I got chips and nuggets, I ordered a small one, but somehow they gave me the large one, ten nuggets! Yikes! Luckily Mum and Dad were there to help me :OP
And tomorrow is my last day at the library, sniffle, I was going to make cupcakes, but I've still got a cough, plus I only just made some last week and Mum said no. However, we've still got heaps and heaps of Easter eggs left (which reminds me I need to upload a pic I took of that, it's pretty amazing!) so I'll bring some of them along, in particular these cute ones with chicken wrapping, hee.
I also have to clean my room because Mum's friend and her husband are coming down to attend a funeral and will be using my room, I just need to finish vacuuming here and it'll all be done. I left the room in a bit of a mess these past few days, but it's looking mighty fine now.
In other news, I am strangely tired, I almost fell asleep this afternoon, so I might turn in soon.
And in good news, Mum and I went to the apartment to drop off the desk chair and pick up the other chairs and also troubleshoot the TV issue (with my TV up here as backup in case we had to swap them over), as it turned out I guess all the weird weather had some affect on it, because after turning it off then on the sound was back to normal. Figures, it never occured to me to suggest that!
And now I should wrap this up and do that vaccuuming now!
