Tenant Trouble...

anonymoose_au10:32pm: So we've got a tenant in the apartment and someone renting the parking spot, but at first there was a bit of a schmoozle. First of all the chap who wanted the parking spot discovered that his car was too big to fit under the Box Thing I have there. So for a moment it looked like it wasn't going to be rented out after all! Which sucked, but as it turned out his mother-in-law who has a parking spot in the building next door has a car that does fit, so they're going to swap them. Although only for three months instead of six, but still, good stuff.
The tenant for the actual studio wasn't too much of a worry at least until later after we'd signed the lease and exchanged the money, it turns out that for some reason his iPad won't work with the internet over there. I don't understand what the problem is, this has never happened before. He was going to ask me to come back and do some troubleshooting and I almost did, but Mum said it wouldn't do much good. Instead I just sent the details of the account to the tenant and hopefully he'll be able to sort it out. I hope... Although it'll suck if whatever he does screws up the internet for anyone else. Damn Apple.
Not much else to report except I have to figure out what clothes to take when I go and see my friend, and if I should take my big laptop or just the small one. Hmmmm...

1. Why is your favorite color your favorite? Well it's green (except for mustard type greens) as for why? I dunno, I find it a calming colour I guess? I just like it is all.
2. Do you prefer dogs or cats or do you just hate animals, and want to kill baby seals? Eh I'm not the biggest pet person, but I love baby seals! :OD Also birdies :O)
3. How much time do you spend on the computer? Way, way too much frankly...shame on me!
4. Not including porn, what do you do on the computer? I do not, in fact, look at porn, although I have read a few racey stories here and there. But mostly I RP, look at my friends LJ and communities.
5. Are you a clock watcher? If I'm bored yes, if not, no. In fact I'm very skilled at losing track of time.
6. What do you/did you look for in a partner? N/A.
7. What type of clothing do you prefer? Casual clothing and nothing with lots of ruffles and crap. Which seems to be a lot of things these days...annoying.
8. What is your favorite type of music? I have eclectic tastes! But mostly old style 60s and 70s rock and roll.
9. Do you believe in the paranormal, Ghosts, ESP, levitation, spoon bending? Well, I'm sure there most be alien life out there somewhere and I do believe that those who have died can watch over the living. But levitation and spoon bending, not so much. I mean people can spoon bend but apparently not with their mind.
10. The most important question: Do you have a inie or outie belly button? Innie, I've never actually seen anyone with an outie.
11. What kind of car do you drive? None. I used to drive a red Hyundia Getz, it was nice.

13. Camping or the Ritz? The Ritz LOL.
14. What food are you craving RIGHT NOW . . . did you eat it? Well I was craving some ice cream a while back, but I ate that so I'm good for now.
