anonymoose_au10:50pm: I got a completely unexpected and kickass phone call this afternoon from my bank! When I opened a new account to take advantage of no account keeping fees etc there was a competition going to double your pay in May. So I entered...
And I won! :OD
It's like a lottery! :OD All up I'll get nearly three thousand dollars. Whoo! I just have to send in my pay slips and have it verified and volia!
Of course sadly, it would seem that I have to use at least a thousand of it to pay more rent for the apartment (I've been paying half lately, but I should pobably be paying 75% of the mortgage) and another thousand will go to superannuation (because the Government will match it). Ah well, still a great amount!
So exciting!
Speaking of luck, I went to the Bargain bookshop after work and got two cool books for cheap! Whoo, everything's coming up Moose! :OD
Oh and my cupcakes went over very well! I'll have to get a photo of them. Although I still have like five left, hmmm, better not eat them all.
After getting the books, I caught the train to Macquarie University and went to meet my mother at the hospital where Dad's recovering from his back operation. He's pretty out of it. Although he was perkier earlier in the day.
And then I came back here. And cooked allll the sausages because I rather stupidly froze them all at the same and I couldn't separate them so I had to cook them all. Pain in the butt.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to more RPGing, tomorrow my plans include hanging around, more RPGing and seeing my friend perhaps and Sunday, I want to kick back some more, it's the weekend!

1.What was your best summer vacation like? Let it be said, you can't beat a trip around the world. :OP Although that mostly took place in spring... But hey close enough.
2.What was your worst summer vacation like? Well, when I was six, I fractured my arm and had to have it in a sling for like a month, that was a pain in the butt.
3.What food or drink reminds you of a particular summer? Eh, I don't really associate food with things.
4.What summer-only activity do you now look most forward to every year? Swimming in an out door pool, wheee!
5.What summer movie or summer reading are you most looking forward to this year? I don't read anything special during summer, but just reading generally.

I really liked the first Spider-Man, all the Spider-Mans' were good actually!
2. What comic book superhero's powers would you like to have, and why?
Oooo that's a toughie, I've always wanted to be able to fly (despite a fear of heights) so...Storm maybe, it'd sure kick ass to control the weather I gotta say!
3. Who do you think is the best dressed comic book villain?
Villian? Hmmmm, I'm not really sure to be honest, there seems to be one on the tip of my tongue, but I can't remember it.
4. Who do you think is the best comic hero's sidekick?
I got nothin'.
