anonymoose_au10:22pm: Well, damn, I made my first mistake on the job today, quite a stuff up really. It looks like I'm going to have to scan a lot tapes to fix it and stuff. You see we have to scan the tapes and the shelf location when we put them back on the shelves, which I did, but then I uploaded them to the wrong program and forgot to do the printout so I don't have the tape numbers! So basically I have to scan the contents of like half the shelves in that particular section so I can locate them again.
Sigh! Fortunately, my supervisors were nice about it, phew!
Tomorrow looks to be interesting! I may be going out to the archives lot where all the older stuff is kept, and apart from that I'll be erasing and recycling tapes for re-use. It's a shame they don't use VHS because I had like a hundred tapes for them in that case. (I was also glad to hear I could bring a book or something to read while the tapes are erasing, or listen to some music, which is a big step up from having to stare at a wall, LOL).

Wow, hmm...I'd really love to see Adrian Mole as a movie, although a diary really doesn't translate well, so I can't imagine how the movie would work.
A Sweet Valley High movie would be hi-larious.

1. Do you like the state/country in which you live? Why/why not? If you could move, would you? Where would you go? Why?
Of course I do! Everyone knows Aussieland is the best land in the world, LOL! :OD We've got long summers and great weather and its a first world country and what not.
2. Do you like the city in which you live? Why/why not? If you could move to a new city within your state/country, where would it be? Why?
Yeah, whoo! I didn't like Sydney when the family moved here lik 15 years ago, but it's grown on me, there's lots to do here.
3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Why?
I'd love to live in New York for a while, because, come on, it's New York! Just thinking of all the stuff I could see and do, it'd rock!
Anyway I've got RPG journals to update too, so I best be off! :OD
