5:04pm: I ate way too much chocolate today...how dumb am I?

Anyway I'm paying for it now in terms of a headache and a slight pain in the stomach. It's the headache that's kicking my ass. I've taken some paracetamol, so hopefully that will kick in sooner rather than later.

Or maybe it's just because I've been concentrating too hard on my computer today...I've been working on

teh_ho fixing up the dates since I changed them to 2007 for reasons that seem hazy to me now.

Anywho, I've also got a new art offering! I actually finished this last Monday, but then I got distracted from it and later on, Deviant Art was down for maintenance and I didn't go back to it until just today. Anywho sappiness abounds! The full sized version is freaking huge...it's because my comptuer has such high resolution...so sorry about that. Oh yeah Deathly Hallows spoilers therein if we're still concerned about that.

Oh I have exciting news, though, well OK it's not actually all that exciting, but I got your attention, anyway, today I went to the local Vinnies to check out its winter clothes offerings and I scored three neat jumpers (sweaters for my US peeps) and a red shirt. I'm particularly happy about the red shirt since I used to have one but after about three years it was totally worn out. I'm looking forward to wearing the said red shirt on Monday.

Vacation

1. When was the last time you went on vacation (where a vacation means time away from work/school and not at home)?

Hmm...um...I do believe that would have been about two years ago, when the family and I went down to...some place down the coast, for a cousin's wedding.

2. When on vacation, are you more likely to do and see as many things as possible or kick back and watch the world go by?

Kick back and watch the world go by, unless I'm with my mother, because she makes everyone do a whole bunch of things, which is always a good idea.

3. You're visiting a new place. Would you rather go shopping or hit the museums?

Musuems! Whee! Nerd-alert.

4. Where are your favorite vacation spots?

Beaches, overseas...wherever really.

5. Do you have any vacation-specific fears or worries, like a fear of flying or of forgetting your toothbrush?

Fear of throwing up, this bleeds into everything I swear, pain in the ass it is.

FOUR FOR FRIDAY

Q1 - Fall: While the Autumnal Equinox is still over a full month away (Sunday, September 23, 2007), what are you most looking forward to about the change in seasons... cooler temperatures, college and pro football, only three months till Christmas, an impending trip, something else, or do you just not care for fall?

Here in Australia Spring and Summer is coming, whoo! I'm really looking forward to it...although shit, I've just realised the end of the year is fast approaching, freaky, freaky! I don't like it...Well at least it means my parents will be coming back and so will daylight saving, yay.

Q2 - Bringing it Home: What are some of the very first things you do when you arrive home after work? If you live with someone--roommates, spouse, children, parents, etc.--is there something you'd do different if you lived alone?

Go "Damn I gotta clean this place up", try and make sure I don't throw my keys somewhere wehere I won't find them again and turn on my laptop.

Q3 - Ouch!: Physically speaking, what is something you wish you could still do but cannot?

There's not much I can do and I haven't really lost the ability to do any of it, so...ah wait I know! Go on roller coasters, can't do that anymore, it's damn annoying.

Q4 - Your Bestest Friend: What is your best friend's best quality?

Sense of humour! Ah it's good to laugh.
