anonymoose_au11:14pm: Yes indeed! I got a phone call earlier today to say that the Temp Agency I'm signed up with are going to put my resume forward for a full-time job that's for six month with a view to permanent. Fingers and toes crossed, people!
The only drawback I imagine is that chances are I'll have to work early hours, like starting at 6am. Ah well...early to bed, early to rise.
Anywho I need to be up tomorrow, so here's the Memes!:
Thursday Thunks: Special Talents

1. Do you have any special talents? Tell us about them.
Sadly no, I'm in fact special in that I have no special talents, I can't wriggle my ears, or roll my tongue or whistle or anything.
2. What is your favorite sound?
Uh...I dunno....my favourite music I guess.
3. What was your favorite TV show as a child or teen?
The Simpsons, ah I love it.
4. There are a lot of specialty TV networks now devoted to things like golf, gardening, shopping, game shows, sports, news and sci-fi. Do you have any favorite TV networks?
Yes indeed! I love The Crime and Investigation Network, although sadly I can only watch it when I'm at the apartment.
5. What is your guilty pleasure TV show?
Well, I have to admit I got a bit sucked in by this show which had people come on and tell horrible things about themselves for money. Oh dear...
6. Berleen is on the top of a mountain. How on earth did she get there and what was she doing?
I tell you I don't know these people! A skydive went work, beats me.
7. Have you ever dreamt that you made love to someone you haven’t yet met?
Nope.
8. Berleen decides to run away and join the circus. What could you imagine her performing under the big top?
Not having a clue who she is and what talents she has, I've got no idea...lion tamer?
9. What is your favorite sci-fi movie?
Back to the Future of course!
10. What is your favorite reality show?
Well, I do like Airport - which is a look into life at Heathrow Airport.
11. Bud says he is on vacation. What do you think he is doing?
Having a good time I'm sure. :OP
12. When shopping at the grocery store, do you always return your cart?
I don't generally use one, but if I do I return it.
13. Do you take compliments well?

First Time
What is the first book you remember reading? What about the first that made you really love reading?
I vaguely recall reading one of the Miffy books when I was in kindergarten, it might have been the one where she goes to hospital. It was pretty good.
And the Adrian Mole diaries were the first books I read that really got me into reading! Those books were fabulous! I still love to read them now.
And that's all I have to say, it's getting pretty late, so I best be off.
