anonymoose_au8:31pm: So I'm thinking that the recent laws brought in on the sly by the NSW Government is some sneaky ploy to screw up World Youth Day. Because not surprisingly everyone's having a fit over this, I don't really blame them, they're total ridiculous laws.
Of course, this makes all Catholics look bad, and of course, it makes even more people want to protest and things might even get violent.
So thanks a lot, Government, thanks a whole damn lot, you suck.
Moving right along, I've decided to escape the thrall of Telstra, and combine my ADSL and phone under one company and get myself a discount. I did some calculations and I'm pretty sure I'll save money that way, and beyond that I'll get 10GB to download per month without the damn on-peak/off-peak shit. And if I don't really need that amoung of GBs I can go back down to my old plan for $10 less. Sweet.
I probably should have done this when I found out because I was on the Budget phone plan I wasn't eligible for any special offers even with my cable TV bundled. Not that it was a very good special offer, 20 free calls. I don't think I've ever made more than 15 calls a month from my phone anyway. So, yeah, I think this will turn out for the best.
Ahem, now that's I've regaled you all with the indepth tale of how I do my billing and whatnot, let's move onto the Memes!

Can't do the first two questions...it's not summer!
3. What's the bestest thing about summer? What's the worst?
Best thing - everything! The long days, the weather, swimming...
Worst thing - OK when it's really hot that's not cool, especially if you're stuck in traffic or somewhere with no air-conditioning. Phew!

I'm currently re-reading the Dr. Scarpetta series by Patricia Cornwell, I haven't actually read four of the recent books, but I'm a bit leery because I hear it gets kinda weird ass... I was reading Sweet Valley High, but I've kind of gone off that what with my fanfic writing and so on. Aaah I love to read.

Threesome: City-- lights? Fireworks tomorrow for you? Do you have a local show to attend? ...or do you kick back with sparklers and and a fountain or two? Have a safe and fun 4th, gang!
We don't celebrate Friday 4th July here in Australia. We won't be seeing any fireworks until New Year's Eve, although in Canberra they used to set them off on Bonfire Night 5th November, but they got banned. Good thing too, the grass in Canberra would make prefect bushfire fodder I gotta say.
Anywho, I just left this entry go while I ate a late dinner and I don't have much more to report about today. Except I feel bad for giving my bosses this cold, they seem to have got it in the chest and are coughing all the time. :O( I hope they're better by this weekend!
In other news I did a bit of cleaning today, taking out the recycling or whatnot, it appears that the shops in the lower level have been using the residental bins which explains why they're always overflowing (the least they could have done, though was not mix paper and plastic in the recycling bins, the council doesn't take them if you do that crap). Apparently the Strata people have told them to stop it, so hopefully my clean up can continue.
I was just watching Forensic Files and I guessed the significance of non-human blood on a suspects jacket long before the police on the show did it seems. I guess I've been watching too many of these shows, LOL.
Anywho, I want to work on my fanfic I bit more, so I shall be off.
