anonymoose_au4:38pm: Damnit, after a week free of lower digestive system pain, it has returned with avengence, it all started yesterday actually...so I'm wondering if I ate something weird on Tuesday, like maybe that frozen fish portion, it did look sort of weird. Or maybe there's some ingredient in Cheezles that are disagreeable to me...they've been on special this week, so I've brought them. Anyway, it continued on today, which totally sucked ass because I had a job interview and it was a really uncomfortable experience. Not to mention that somehow...I seem to be conspiracing against myself when it comes to getting a job! I got dressed in all my business clothes, went and got my lip and eyebrows waxed and headed off for Central Station, making good time. Until I discovered I didn't have enough money to buy a train ticket! So, I went to an ATM (a non-St. George one, so you can tell how desperate I was!), but I suffered a complete mental blank and kept putting in the wrong pin number without realising it! Time was ticking away, so I decided to catch a bus to Town Hall, where there are St. George ATMs, thinking it was the ATM that was the problem. Upon arriving at the station I realised what I'd done wrong, so I was able to get some money and buy a ticket, but..it was 10 minutes to the interview so I didn't rate my chances. And any chance at all I had getting there in time was totally squashed by the fact that due to the wild weather a tree had fallen on the train line and had only just been removed, so all the trains were late! I didn't actually know this until I called up the company to tell them I was running late, so they were undestanding. Still, been late no matter what the reason can never look good! Sigh! :O(
Speaking of the weather, it's been absolutely nuts since last night! Around 10pm I looked out the window and realised it was raining, it didn't look to heavy but as the night progressed it really started coming down and there was a huge lightning show! In fact I woke up after going to bed and it was still going...there were also high winds, but I didn't know that. But trees came down, places flooded and the wind came back after my interview, it practically tore my hair out! My hair is very thick so it hardly ever moves even in wind, so maaaan it was bad! :Oo I almost lost my umbrella! Actually, my umbrella's kinda dead anyway because I lost the bit at the bottom that you hold onto, you know the thing I mean. I guess that's what you get for buying an umbrella at the Two Dollar Shop.
But I managed to get home all right, complete with Bus Ticket Inspectors coming unboard one of the buses I caught and checking everyone's tickets over and actually pulling some people off the bus! I don't actually know if the ticket I used was the right one, but the Bus Ticket guys didn't take me off, so there you go. I also went and saw the Smith Family Shop I could be working at if I'm extremely unlucky...it's strictly for clothing, I was hoping for some books in there or something...boring! Hopefully, I'll get a job or succeed in getting on that Prison Newsletter. At least for experience's sake.
Oh, and I found some lipstick today while I was looking for a hair clip (I'm a bit concerned, I can't find the hair clip my brother's fiance Rui brought me from Japan anywhere! And I really like it!), One was empty, the other was a totally bright red that would probably make me look like a hooker or something, so I took the third, which is also pretty red, but not as bright. It's also one of those new stay-on types, so despite my nervous habit of licking my lips it's still on! That's good news...still not sure about the colour though it did make me look slightly more professional.
I also brought some sausages for tonight and also a Violet Crumble which was on special...and I ate it, which is pretty stupid when you consider I've got this stomach pain, sometimes I don't know what I'm thinking...but it's a weird stomach pain, I actually feel better when I'm eating, it's only when I stop it hurts! Weird!
Anyway, that's all I've got to say at the mo...I may be back later, but maybe not because I want to Sim if possible. :O)
