anonymoose_au: (Whoops)
11:10pm: Yep, it was one of those days for me, but it wasn't bad for all that. Well, except when I went to buy something for lunch and discovered my wallet wasn't with me! My first thought was "Damn, I'll have to go without", but my co-worker suggested I just borrow some money from the workplace, which the second in charge agreed to do - I owe them $10, although my lunch didn't cost that much, it cost $5.50, one of those Cesaer Salads in a bag, with the crotons, dressing, cheese and bacon in little separate bags that you open and mix in. Alas I also thought there was a plastic fork included, but alas no, luckily a cafe gave me one when I asked.

I also managed to forget those scratchies of Dad's that won some money, only problem? I can't seem to find them now that I've got home - unlike my wallet, which was here on the couch, phew! And I also managed to leave behind my mobile phone charger at work, but luckily there's a spare one here at the parental abode, all the same though, do'h!

And I also forgot to close my locker when I went to the gym after work, honestly! It's a good thing it's a gym mostly populated by older persons, everything was safe and sound, but honestly, my brain is letting me down. :OP

In other news, my left knee hurts, which is really weird, because it didn't hurt at the gym nor on the walk home. Only when I started lounging about, hmpf typical. I may have to put some Nurofen cream on it...if I can find it, pft.

Wow, I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer and they're showing an apartment in London which is for 110,000 pounds, wow niiice. Although, alas it's unmortgagable because of a short leasehold...shame. Right out of my price range there.

Also they keep calling it small, bitches don't know small let me tell you, there's even a bath in the bathroom! And a separate kitchen! My studio doesn't have anything like that.

And time's getting away from me, so I better Meme and run:

The Saturday Six

1. I is for IAMATOLOGY: Which home remedy do you have the most success with? I must say hot water bottles are really good for cramps. Also as far as getting rid of a sore throat gargling warm salted water is surprisingly effective.

2. I is for IATOPHOBIA: Which type of doctor or medical expert do you fear visiting the most? I have to say, I really don't like going to the dentist, it's never as bad as I fear it will be. I could go without getting x-rays though, those hurt!

3. I is for ICON: Of the software icons on your computer, which one do you find yourself clicking on the most? Chrome! Unless you count all the times I accidentally clicked on the weird Media Centre thing on the start bar, which had an icon that sort of looks like Chrome's. It got so annoying I eventually deleted whatever it was called from the 'Start Bar'.

4. I is for INSTRUMENT: Which musical instrument would you be willing to ban from the world? Gee, I don't think any of them are that bad! Music is fun and culturally relevant, so I'll just leave all the instruments of the world be.

5. I is for INVENTOR: What product do you like enough that you’d like to shake the hand of its inventor? Wow, that's a toughie...I'd quite like to thank the people who came up with HPV vaccine, amazing thing that.

6. I is for INVISIBLE: If you had the chance to become completely invisible for a week, where’s the first place you’d go? Hmmm, probably to the NSW State Library, I could sneak into the archives and look at all the old stuff! OMG that would rock!
