11:09pm: Holy Shit! I just got an email and you won't believe from who...
ME!
Not me now...PAST me! Past me from 2003...although I seemed to be under the impression it was 2004 and that 1955 was 60 years in the past. Man, I know I'm bad at maths and time-keeping but that's pretty bad. But I can't believe it worked! I do remember doing it and wondering if it would since it kind of depended on the company continuing to exist, but it has!
The following is an e-mail from the past, composed on November 20, 2003. It is being delivered from the past through FutureMe.org
Dear FutureMe,
Hello!
Remember me! It's you from over ten years ago! I'm sending this message all the way from 8.41p.m on Thursday November 20th Twenty oh-Four!
Today SIXTY years ago Marty saved his future by getting George and Lorraine together on this very important night at the Enchantment Under the Sea Dance.
And about month ago Marty and Doc arrived in this very year to save Marty Jr and the rest of the family from well...what was all ready a pretty crappy future ;O) And Biff stole the time machine and ruined the entire past and present for the whole world! Of course, Marty and Doc rectified that situation, up until Doc got sent back to the Wild West. Marty couldn't leave his friend back there and Doc found true love with Clara Clayton as well. Thankfully of course the whole experience taught Marty the lesson that saved his future (Don't let names get to you!) and even though Doc got left behind in 1885 you can't keep a good scientist down can you? He built the time train and we can suppose is travelling through time today.
Anywho, I hope reality has been going well for myself, I wonder what kind of job I have, is been 31 any fun? Am I in terrible terrible debt? Do I have a place my own to live in, and is a total mess? Do I have shelves enough for all my tapes and books and do I still play The Sims ;O)? Do I still love Back to the Future? Did Mum get her wish and I have a son called Albert :O)!
Well, I suppose I better leave you now, to remember the past, live for the present and hope all is well for the future!
Love,
Moose
Hahahaha, I sound exactly the same! Which I guess isn't too much of a surprise, I mean one's personality is pretty set by the time you're 19 or 20 I'd assume.
But hey, I have good news for my past self I'm not in terrible debt! But I do have a place of my own to live in which isn't a terrible mess right now, buuuut. And I do still love BTTF and I do play The Sims sometimes...
I also mention tapes...heh, remember VCR? I actually do have tapes though...and I do have enough room for them.
And yes Past Me...31 is fun! :OD
Although, I'm still behind on NaNo! I was hoping to get to 15,000 words today so I'd only be two days behind, but it's almost bed time and I'm not gonna make it. Booo!
Oh well, here's the count as it stands at present:
13501 / 50000 words. 27% done!
But hey more than a quarter way through and that's great!
For now though, I must bid you all goodnight, from me and Past Me!
