Turns Out I Had One More Day...

anonymoose_au11:08pm: Off after all that, I guess Mrs S decided she didn't need to change clothes once she and her husband got home, or maybe the other carer helped her change.
But it'll be back to the ol' grind tomorrow at 8:30, which means I better get my ass to bed very soon. So, I guess it's a good thing I don't have much to report about today, except that I finally got around to using that spin-mop I got from Aldi on the apartment floor. It looks really nice now, the mop though, not so much. :OP
Speaking of Aldi, I was rather dismayed to discover while watching Four Corners - a reputable investigative report show - that it among the other supermarkets here in Australia are getting quite a lot of their fruit and vegetables from farms using basically slave labour, paying overseas students and what not way under the legal award wage to pick and pack, to say nothing of the sexual harrassment suffered by many female employees. How depressing, I've always felt that Aldi had a good record, so this is very disturbing, I guess I'll have to keep an eye on the sorts of fruit and vegetables I buy now. Although I have no idea what I can do to help stop this crap.

1. What is your dream career, and what path do you plan to take to get there? Working in a library! As for what path I'll take to get there...any will do to be honest :OP But in all seriousness, all you can do is apply.
2. Who do you aspire most to be like? Umm...myself, :OP tacky, but true!
3. What do you like in a best friend? A sense of humour, nice and a good person.
4. Do you currently have any squishes (people you really want to be best friends with)? LOL, what an odd name, and no not really.
5. What is your ideal platonic relationship? Just been able to hang out and shot the breeze and have a good laugh.

9. What is a strange, little-known fact about you? I'm an open book so I don't really have anything.
10. What is a career you wanted to have when you were younger, and still kind of want to have now? I didn't consider a career when I was a kid, unless not growing up counts, in which case, I kinda want it now, but time won't stand still.
11. If you could have tea and pleasant conversation with one person, who would it be? In history? I think the current Pope, he seems amazing!
12. If you had a time machine, what era would you go to? I'd like to visit the 1760s to see George III be crowned.
13. What celebrity or historical figure would you love to have as your best friend and why? Ooo that's a toughie...I wonder how Queen Victoria and I would have got along...because imagine been best friends with a queen LOL!
14. What fictional character would you love to have as your best friend and why? Definitely Ron Weasley from the Harry Potter series.
15. If you could have one wish, what would it be (cannot be related to romance or sex)? That I had a library job!
16. If you were trapped on a deserted island and could only take one item, what would it be? The internet!
17. If you could pick one career other than the one you are pursuing/plan to pursue, what would it be? Uh... office work I guess, although that's rather general.
18. What is your best memory you have with a friend? Ever! Well, I'm lucky that I have lots of memories! How could I pick one!
19. Do you have any peculiar interests that most people don’t know about? Once again as an open book I'm not sure I have one :OP I do enjoy reading about investigations air disaster or criminal related, but everyone knows that.
20. What were your favorite childhood toys? Do you still have them? The Garfield my parents bought for me while we were on our family holiday in 1993. And yes, I still have it, gives it a squeeze!
21. Favorite baked good? My own handmade chocolate cupcakes, yum!
22. If your best friend were here right now, what would you do with them (cannot list best friend as your romantic/sexual partner) ? Well, I gotta go to bed...but if that wasn't the case, just shoot the breeze.
23. Who would you love to play video games with? Ha ha, I've just thought...playing video games with Plushy would be hilarious!
24. If you could visit any country, which one would it be? I'd really like to visit Ireland, the Emerald Isle.
25. Are there any friends you miss having around? Yes, two of them are overseas, total bummer...sometimes they visit though!
