Hmpf, Works For Them

anonymoose_au11:20pm: The Wrist Band app, which I'm sure you're all tired of hearing me talk about :OP, but alas my hopes for the Aldi Smartphone of my father's came to nought, damn thing has an Android OS older than the one on my Samsung!
Anyway, it's good to know it works for both of them, although my father doesn't want to take his iPhone - which technically belongs to his school with him on their holiday. Although it has occurred to me that they could share the app on Mum's phone although that would involve a lot of signing in and out.
As for what I'm going to do, I'm once again toying with the idea of trying to update my phone, primarily because I've backed up my contacts now so if I lose them it should be OK. Mostly :OP in fact I gave it a go tonight and almost got it! But then something went weird so I changed everything back but I think I know what I did wrong. Unfortunately it's a bit late for me to try and do it again. I shall have to leave it to tomorrow.
Although I'm also toying with the idea of buying a backup phone, there's a few Samsung Galaxy Young on Ebay for not a bad price - they've got shitty cameras, but the right Android OS. But why spend money when you don't need to?
On the plus side, I did synch my watch while at the parental abode, so at least it displays the right time now. And that time tells me I need to get my butt to bed quick smart!
