Oh noes! Lost Track Of Time!

11:21pm: It's nearly 11:30 and I've hardly worked on my NaNo at all today, I'm not even at 1,000 words! Major fail, me. I don't have an excuse, I'm just slacking.

In other news, I managed to cook a pair of scissors today, I shit you not, somehow I put them on the tray I used to cook a pizza, somehow putting all the ingredients on the pizza base, including spreading the tomato paste on it without noticing! And then I couldn't figure out why there was such a strange smell in the flat while it was cooking. Seriously, me, what the Hell?

Anyway, I think the pizza was OK, like no plastic melted into it at least I hope so because I ate it. The scissors were a total loss though. Damn.

I better getting back to the NaNo, I've got an interesting scene going on, so hopefully I can get to perhaps 2,000 words by midnight.

Before I go, I would like to confess I've been a bad Backie, I haven't mentioned BTTF at all! Despite this being the week! I better not forget next year because that's the big one, 2015! My mind it is blown...I wonder if they'll be a big celebration and if so, if I should try and go. I guess it would depend on whether I have a job.

Right, back to my Word Document! Here's my sad statistics as of this moment:

11407 / 50000 words. 23% done!

Man, I should at least have tried to get to 25%, come on Moose get it together!

Well, since this is three days in the past, I'm guessing the pizza was fine. Still, cooking a pair of scissors! I'm glad nothing worse happened. *patpat*

LOL, indeed! I just don't understand how I managed to make the pizza without noticing a bump in the base, since I laid it over the scissors before putting the ingredients on.

But yes, I've almost finished it and I'm fine! Of course, had any of the scissor handle plastic actually melted into the pizza base I wouldn't have eaten it.

Of course, now I have to buy some new kitchen scissors, boo.

That is rather confusing. O.o But hey, it could turned out a lot worse. Count your blessings! Which I understand doesn't count for much when you're down a good pair of scissors, but still.
