I Has Printer Again!
Jan. 14th, 2013 11:31 pm11:08pm: Although I'm still installing the driver for it so I have no idea if it works properly yet...I hope so. I also hope I haven't gone over my internet limit, cause it's taking a long time...
Wait, I've just checked and I'm in the clear. In fact I've only used 15%! Gee, what a different not downloading Merlin or My Little Pony make! Although I'm seriously addicted to the My Little Pony app, LOL. Although some of these tasks...pft, rude.
Anyway, the driver's about 50% downloaded now, and I'll be very relieved when I have a printer again because getting my resume printd today was a real schomozzle. Firstly when I got to the Officeworks I wasn't sure what to do so I had to stand in a line for what felt like aaages only to find out there's a machine that dispenses photocopy/printing. So I got that thing then discovered (before printing anything thankfully) that I hadn't put my updated resume on my USB stick, which meant I had to go back to the apartment.
Then it was back to Officeworks where I couldn't get the damn self-service kiosks to co-operate, but thankfully they refunded the money I'd put on the photocopy/print card, but Hell that took like an hour and a half.
But I got the resumes and dropped them off to two newsagencies although neither were looking for people, and then headed to the parentals before going to the gym, having dinner and then getting a lift back here to the apartment with Mum - and the printer!
And now it's almost 11:30pm so I better head off to bed, work tomorrow (and I've sent my alarm!) so off I go!
Ooo! The driver has been downloaded so off to do that first.
