anonymoose_au10:55pm: Aircrash Investigation is on, and its a really sad one - they're all quite sad, really, except for the time when no-one actually dies - but this is very sad, because the pilots had no idea that they were doomed! And they tried so hard, too, poor Japan Air 123. Not to mention the fact that it was absolutely packed! Only 4 people lived to tell what happened, but more actually survived the inital impact and died waiting for rescue, which really is just terrible.
Disturbingly though, this crash happened on 12th August...which is the Wedding date I picked for George and Lorraine...Creepy!
Anyway, onto less maudlin matters - NaNo is going well, but I'm totally gonna have to gut it before posting it as a fanfic! Because it's pretty lame ass right now, full of all sorts of fluff and fill-in and crap. But you know it's all for the word count! :OD
Man, I got the munchies, I haven't had a proper dinner yet, because I went out to meet with my friend. So I better get the last sausage out.
Friday Fill-In
1. My blueprint for success includes probably something I have to find out, because so far much of my success has been due to luck!
2. A Cherry Ripe was the last candy I ate.
3. The best facial moisturizer I've ever used is dunno, don't use 'em.
4. Writing can be good therapy. (What am I saying 'can be' it totally is!)
5. I'd like to tell you about er...I dunno.
6. Sillyness is my strongest characteristic.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to writing a bit more on NaNo, tomorrow my plans include more NaNo! and Sunday, I want to get to my parents in time to see M!

Do you tie and untie your tennis shoes when you take them on and off? Or do you tie them once, leave them tied, then slip them on and off?
I wonder why you specified tennis shoes...
Anyway, Hell no! That's one of my pet peeves actually! I hate to see a tied shoe not being worn, it also screws up the back of them. I may be lazy about a lot of things, but not untieing my shoes!

1. What usually marks the middle of your day?
Lunch! Well, on the weekdays at least, sometimes I wake up too late on the weekends, so it's more like dinner.
2. From whom (or to whom) was your most recent middle-of-the-night phone call?
Never happened.
3. On what social, political, economic, or moral issue are you in the middle of the road?
I don't really do middle of the road type things...I usually feel pretty strongly in issues I know of...and if don't know of them, I can't really have an opinion.
4. How likely are you to give someone your middle finger?
Quite likely, I flip off my co-worker all the time - LOL - good thing he takes it in his stride!
5. When were you last caught in the middle of a disagreement that really had nothing to do with you?
Well it ended up being a raging argument between Dad and I that started off between Mum and him over something...it was pretty bad and embarrassing!

My boss, or my mother...not much of a phone conversationalist.

Well, I'd like to hear from the big bro a lot more, but alas, I never do, he's in Japan now.

Colin Firth, Colin Firth! Dang, hawt.
5. Do you talk on the phone more or less than you used to?
A lot more because I have to answer the phone for work...but I don't use it socially anymore than I used to.
