Hell, My Nose is Irritated

anonymoose_au10:17pm: It's been irritated since yesterday...it's this damn pain in the ass staph thing! I don't know what to do about it...last time I went to the doctor they gave me a script for this nose ointment, but I have no idea where it got to. Plus it didn't seem to work so...how's that supposed to work?
Ehh, damnit.
Eight Maids A'milkin'
"What kind of party is this?"
"I know it's bizarre..."
"Why are we in these outfits anyway?"
The eight women in the room looked down at themselves, dressed as they were in french maid costumes.
"Well there's a good spread here," one of them commented, tossing back her brown hair and picking up a handful of chips from a bowl on the table. "If I have to dress up like an idiot, I'm game."
At that moment their host appeared at the top of the staircase. "Ah, ladies, so good of you to come."
The eight women gave each other looks then shrugged and nodded.
"Good, good! Now, I'm sure you're all wondering why we're gathered here today." The man descended the stairs and came to stand among them. "I won't keep you in suspense any longer, come along."
The eight women followed the man, giving each other confused looks as they were led out of the house and across the gardens to a large greenhouse.
"Voila!" With a florish the man threw open the large glass doors.
A shocked scream raised up from the group of women.
Inside the greenhouse was a collection of the most bizarre group of plants ever seen. A single trunk topped with what could only be described as a spotted set of jaws. On the underside of the bottom jaw was what appeared to be...
"Udders?" One of the women spluttered.
"Indeed! Cowplants!" The man declared. "Beautiful aren't they?" He rubbed his hands. "Now, you're all appropiately dressed and these cowplants need milking...so..."
"This is the last time I accept a party invitation from one of the Curious brothers," the brown haired one hissed.
LOL, that was definitely a case of me pulling a story out of my butt.

You were unaware of how much heating bills were for your family (It's not the sort of thing they''d tell me...I know how much heating cost me now!)
So that's 18 out of 33, just over half. A good innings, I dare say!

Indeed I did. Unforunately the spot I stacked out for the midnight fireworks was not as good as I hoped.

1. How are you/did you spend your New Year's Eve?

2. If you could say "good riddance" to one thing from 2007, what or who would it be?
Unreliable cars...and fortunately, I can! :O)
3. What one thing would you want to change the world in 2008? What would you want to change about you personally?
Stop all the violence! Have you heard what's going on in Kenya right now? It's appalling.
About me personally...be more neat and tidy, the apartment really is a joke...
Bonus Question: What event, accomplishment or thing from 2007 do you most want to celebrate?
Getting (and holding down) a full-time job, go me!
Well, that's all I have to say for now...work tomorrow for a few hours so now I shall lay me down to sleep!
