Monday Madness
The following questions all begin with Where you live...
1. ...did you have to turn your clocks forward one hour this weekend?
Nope I had to set them back an hour, last weekend.
2. ...what is the price of gasoline?
Geeze, last I saw it was 1.08 per litre! That's like twice or thrice the price in the US! :OP
3. ...which natural disasters, if any, do you have to worry about?
Hmm...bush fires can be very bad in Australia, I've never been in a place that's been in direct danger, but Sydney was surrounded by a ring of fire once, not too good.
4. ...do you have a local newspaper, and if so, do you subscribe to it?
It's called The Glebe and no I don't subscribe to it, I think it's free, they generally just put a pile of them in front of the shops on the main street of the suburbs here.
5. ...do you subscribe to a local cable company for television viewing?
We don't have local companies, we have national ones, I'm with Foxtel Digital, it rocks with Crime and Investigation Network and all the channels. Noice! :O) At the Parentals we have plain Foxtel, which isn't as good without C&I Network
6. ...what is the speed limit on your road/street?
50 km/hr to 60 km/hr depending on which street you turn into and stuff, also on school days some places are 40km/hr
7. ...how far do you have to drive to the nearest post office?
It's just down the main street, and I sure wouldn't drive up there, it's more trouble that it's worth, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk down there.
8. ...what is the average temperature in April?
Errr...dunno 22 degrees C I think, if I heard the news right.
9. ...what is the average temperature in December?
25 degrees C...geeze, I doubt that's true anymore, last December was pretty stinkin'!
10. ...are your four seasons drastically different from one another?
Sort of, the middle of year everything gets chilly as (but that might just be Aussie preception) and during the summer it gets pretty damn hot.
Hmm...well that was interesting, I finally got a hold of a webpage with Sydney Weather averages, I always like to know the weather averages. :O)
Hmmm...yeah...
In other news I have to get my ass down to the Library tomorrow to finish the assignment and have it printed out and delievered by tomorrow, wish me luck dudes!
