I was going to update this aaaages ago! But alas I got distracted when Dad brought out the old home movies because the big bro is going tomorrow (early in the morning so I have to hit the hay soon). Ahhh memories! It has to be said though, I was one Hell of an ugly baby! I'm also somewhat confused by the fact I appear to look Asian, despite not being. Seriously, I had really teeny eyes... Eventually, I started looking more like me, although I hardly showed up at all! LOL, Mike gets all the screentime what with the Christmas and birthday present piles. I was left to play with a box or my hand...THat explains it!
But alas I got so absorbed with the whole home movie thing I missed out taping The Glasshouse and Chaser repeats, do'h! Oh well, it's not that bad since the TV here sucks! Seriously, the reception here is terrible, we need a new cable stat! I taped Smallville though...

AKA: Whaddya know about me bee-yitches?! LOL it's probably too hard for even my real-life friends to know, but what the Hell, have a go!
In other news, what did I eat those sweets for? Now, I've got there taste stuck in my mouth, what a pain in the ass! I should get more water.
I will just as soon as I...
1. Who was your best friend?
Zep, Edith, Elva, Diane, Olivia, Micki...hmmm I had quite a few good friends! I's popular! :OP
2. What sports did you play?
I was actually part of the trampolining team in Years 7 and 8 and was even in a competition! I was pretty nervous about it too, but I lived! Eventually though I started developing motion sickness and I couldn't do it anymore. Man, I'm a wuss!
3. What kind of car did you drive?
In Australia you don't really drive when you're in school, firstly because you can't get your Ls until you're 16 and then you can't drive by yourself until you do 100 hours of practice and secondly school's don't have student parking lots.
We did get a second car when I was in Year 12 so my bros and I could learn to drive it. It's a white Nissan, automatic thankfully!
4. Friday night where were you at?
At home, sitting on my ass...writing stories or later on surfing the net. Of course back then we had dial-up so we had to share. Man that's sucked, sucked even more when we had only one phoneline though!
5. Were you a party animal?
LMAO! Hell, no!
6. Were you a flirt?
No way! Plus it was an all-girls school, wasn't likely to find a Mr. Darcy there! :OP
7. Ever skip school?
Nope, but I did skip an English class on purpose after going to a doctor's appointment because we were studying Lord of the Flies at that time and I really hate that book.
8. Were you a nerd?
Duh, dude I totally spent my lunchtime in the library writing or reading! I used to read when I ate lunch too but then I got friends and talked with them. :O)
9. Did you get suspended/expelled?
Hell no! I did get a detention once for forgetting my PE clothes, that was so stupid even my parents thought so!
10. Can you sing the fight song?
We didn't have a fight song, but we had a school anthem and yes I did know it...except the second first...can't remember that one without looking it up in the school diary.
11. Who was your favourite teacher?
Miss. Quinn my Year 11 and 12 English teacher...nobody else seem to like here much, but I think I was a total suck-up, LOL! She also didn't mind when I got into an argument over representations (she was a bit too much into phallic symbols I tells ya!)
12. There's No #12!
Well, you fail! That'd never get by in school! :OP
13. Favourite class?
Toss up between English and Ancient History
14. What was your school's full name?
Monte Sant Angelo Mercy College North Sydney founded by the Sister of Mercy, a private Catholic all-girls school.
15. School mascot?
Don't have one, just a school crest with the logo...which was original translated into "Religion, Knowledge, Gardening" LOL! It's now "Religion, Knowledge, Culture". We were divided into houses, but the mascots were different every school carnival. Things got much better when my House, which was orginally tan, went orange because Garfield was our mascot once!
16. Did you go to Prom?
We didn't have Proms, we had Balls, I went to two, one at my friend Zep's school and the Year 12 Graduation Ball, I wore the same dress to both...Ol' Red, looking back though, he was a bit tight around the top, do'h!
17. If you could go back and do it over, would you?
Dunno...maybe, life seemed easier then, and you got to see your friendsa just about every day!
18. What do you remember most about graduation?
I was half-hoping, half-petrified I'd get an Award at the Final Award Presentation, I really wanted one, but I really didn't want to get up in front of all those people. As it turned out I didn't have to worry because I didn't get an award Oh well, them's the breaks...
19. Favourite memory of your Senior Year?
The last day! That was great! We all got into a water fight and wore casual clothes and said goodbye to the teachers! The worst thing though is we had to change back into our uniforms before going home for some stupid reason...I wasn't going to, but a teacher caught me and I had to go change in the tiny bathroom in the Religion Block. Seriously, I could hardly fit in the stall I had to stand on the toilet!
20. Were you ever posted up on the senior wall?
Didn't have a senior wall, we had a common room, but I kept most of my stuff in my locker and there wasn't enough room for everyone to sit in there and my friends and I often sat elsewhere.
21. Did you have a job your senior year?
I worked at the Mosman Library as a Shelver...good times, good times.
22. Where did you go most often for lunch?
Nowhere, you weren't allowed to leave the school grounds at lunch unless you had no afternoon classes. In the school my friends and I sat near the steps to the second floor of the B Block. I'm drawing a blank on where my homeroom class was in Year 12, but it was probably in the B-Block somewhere...
23. Have you gained weight since then?
Maybe two kilos or something...
24. What did you do after graduation?
Took a year off to earn $15,000 to get the Youth Allowance. As now I had a lot of trouble getting a job, man...talk about dejavu! I finally ended up with Albert at ITP though. Ah those were good times!
25. When did you graduate?
Well it's kinda weird in Australia because technically you don't finish school until your last HSC exam but you don't go to classes after September so the Awards and Graduation Ball happen around that time. So September 2001.
26. Where are most of your classmates?
Beats me, although I have seen a number of them about when I've been going around the city...
27. Are you going to your ten year reunion?
Well, I kinda want to, probably because I enjoyed Romy and Michele's High School Reunion, but none of my friends want to go and I don't want to show up if they don't because I'll have to face the bitches by myself! I was hoping for a PhD by then- Dr. Monica anyone? But alas it's not to be...
28. Who was your home room teacher?
We had a new one every year...and I can't remember who my Year 12 one was...although I'm thinking maybe we were in a Science classroom now...My memory must be going!
Yawn! Crap! It's much later than I thought...I better get my ass to bed right now! Seconds from Disaster are on though and I haven't seen it yet...bummer...I want to know what happens. It looks horrible, a skywalk in a hotel has collasped and killed 100 people!
No Sim thing here though...so...
