Soooo Sleepy...
Mar. 13th, 2015 11:48 pm11:28pm: Indeed I am...but then it's a lot later than I thought...plus there's the whole not getting quite enough sleep all week.
Also, it's that time o' the month and I was pretty irritated that it showed up because this just happened to be the day I had my new green undergarment on and because of all the phone troubles I've had the app I've been using to track this isn't as accurate as it should be, so yeah...
It also meant no swimming after working out today, boooo!
However! There's good news, my new green case for my new phone arrived, it's veeeerry nice! Also, the person who sold me the new cover for my old phone said I could send it back for a refund, so I can do that as soon as they confirm the address I need to send it back to. Interesting note, the envelope that the Motorola's case arrived in didn't have cancelled stamps on it, so I'm going to use that to send the Samsung cover back.
Also! I had some great luck finding a new/2nd hand black bag to replace my current one that's looking a bit sad. However, things did look to be a bit problematic when I realised after getting it for $5 one of the zippers no longer had a zip! I originally took it to Mr Minit, but the guy behind the counter was extraordinarily unhelpful in saying it couldn't be fixed. However, I bought a new black zipper from Lincraft, removed the broken one and sewed the new one in - albeit a bit haphazardly - so I don't know what the dude at Mr Minit was going on about. Hmpf! I hope the zipper holds otherwise I guess I'll have to take it to the bootmaker - a non Mr Minit one and see if they can sew it on with an actual sewing machine.
I also bought a new black belt and this official Sydney 2000 Olympic shirt! It was only a buck and as a believer in the greatness of those games I could resist. So I'm nearly 15 years late, but hey.
So yeah...good purchases made today, despite the other issues and the fact the weather's become all cold and wet - oh and I finally did it...I left my red umbrella on the bus this morning - damnit...win some, lose some I guess.
And I be tired so I'm gonna wrap this up here.
