Canasta Champion!
Apr. 27th, 2013 11:59 pm11:26pm: Yes indeed! I managed to come back from a one thousand point deficient in a game we had been halfway through, but then left to finish. And we played half another game too, which I'm up by 1000 points, will history repeat itself? Possibly considering that M is not at her best having had that foot surgery and is unable to put any weight on it for three months. So basically she's either been sitting or lying around for weeks now, which does get pretty boring. However, it is getting better, for instance it didn't keep her up last night, so that's great. :O)
I was glad to be able to help her out a bit today before leaving to go to church, it also meant that Grandpa could go play golf, although I think he does that anyway and someone comes to hang out with M.
But always fun to hang out with the grandparents, and I remembered to bring everything with me this time, yay!
And now I'm here at the parentals having come here after church, which meant I got to have a yummy dinner, plus Mum got me a present, a new green jacket! It's super spiffy! I'll get a picture of it for you all.

Friday Fill-In

1. Right now I'm lying on the bed in the spare room soing these Memes!
2. Jiggling my leg is my well known quirk.
3. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
4. Tomorrow morning I'll get up slowly first, then it's off to the gym!
5. That's why we can't have nice things!
6. Air Crash Investigation is one of my favorite tv shows ever!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to some good dreams and refreshing shut-eye, tomorrow my plans include going to the gym and getting driven back to my apartment by my motherand Sunday, I want to _____!

What was the last play you saw? Oh wow, it's been a long time...unless you count the Sydney Uni Science Review, it was Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, which turned out to be very good.
2. What kind of experience have you had as a performer in plays. None whatsoever, unless you count the brief play segment from Romeo and Juliet I performed with a friend in class. I get stage fright so no plays for me!
3. In general, what kinds of plays most turn you on? Er...none, I don't really care for plays all that much TBH.
4. There are many movies* where the characters say, “Let’s put on a play,” often as a means for raising funds or bringing attention to some cause. If you and your friends decided to do that, what would be the play, who would be its star, and what role would you play in its production? LOL... Beats the Hell outta me! But I,d do a backstage role whatever it was.
5. If I handed you a lump of Play-Doh right now and asked you to sculpt me something, what would it be? Pinkie Pie! :OD
Andnsimce it's almost midnight, I'll catch up with Saturdays memes tomorrow, for now though, goodnight all!
