Culinary Disaster!
Jan. 11th, 2009 12:16 am11:20pm: Well the party such as it was has just wrapped up, and alas the cupcakes were a bomb! I thought I'd worked out how to use the oven here, but apparently not because most of them are burned and practically inedible. The batter tasted fine (really good actually!) so I know it's not that at least.
So I'll have to throw most of them out! Which sucks 'cause I hate wasting food, not that I can send it to those worse off or anything, but it seems like a shitty thing to do. But yeah seriously they're hard as rocks!
I might try and make some more tomorrow, but a might halve or even third the recipe, makes 10 my ass!
Oh yeah! I got presents! The third season of Futurama and a Ned Flander's bobble head toy from Zep and a notebook and two hilariously awful romance novels from Tina, really they're awful! If those guys can get published anyone can! :O)

1. Your phone rings. Who is the most likely caller?
Mum!
2. How long to you chat on the phone each day?
During a workday, it depends, if it's a busy day it'll probably be a few hours, if the boss is away and has to call in, it'll be more than that. On the weekends, though I usually don't speak on the phone at all.
3. Who do you speak to the most?
Well the boss, due to the fact that he sometimes calls the office with lots of long email messages for me to type up.
4. Do you often not answer if a certain person comes up on your caller id?
Nah, this is probably a hold over from when I used to be unable to tell who called me, because my mobile's Caller ID option wasn't on.
5. Do you phone friends at work?
Not usually, I have once or twice.
6. Do you make personal calls at work?
Not usually.
7. Who do you always say “I love you” at the end of the call?
Err...my parents I guess.
8. Do you use a landline or cell more often?
Landline, mobile calls are still more expensive down here.
9. Who in the blogosphere that you haven’t chatted with but would like to?
On the telephone? None of 'em really, it's easier for me to type! Plus you know, my voice on the phone is pretty horrifying, Mickey Mouse on helium!

LJ of course! I did have a Blogger for a university course, but apart from not liking the word blog, it was also not as good as LJ, I mean come on, Icons!

March 23rd 2004, I believe at the urging of some friends.

It comes from my nickname 'Moose' and my Aunt's suggest that since I wanted to remain anonymous, I could combine them! Someone all ready had the name anonymoose so I stuck an _au in.

For fun at work! Ahem, seriously, I don't LJ at work, I do it for fun outside of work hours.

Yeah, I'm more open about sharing my stories, they're all fanfic though, so no professional publishing hopes yet...ah alas!
