I'm trying to make my own working Clocktower Clock for my Sims 2 game, unfortunately the program I used for the the typewriter Milkshape has run out of trial time and I don't really want to drop $25 US to use it. So I downloaded this free program, which is much more difficult to use...at first I made three layers of the clock so it looked all 3D and stuff, but I couldn't get them into one group! So it didn't work..., so now I have a flat clock...Then I had to fiddle around with it so it'd show up in Community Lots and after all that jazz, it's come out looking all funny! I don't know why, maybe it's got to do with the fact I'm trying to make it animated so it tells the time...at least until 1955 and it stops (by which time I hope to have figured out how to work the Free Mesh program).

Anyway, it's still not working yet, but it's after midnight and I have to get up early tomorrow to go to reconcilation then head over to Chatswood with the new pants I brought on Monday to be hemmed up and another pair to be restitched.

No, and I wouldn't 'cause I threw my back out sleeping on a non-spinal supportive bed, and that really hurt like Hell.

The way most people trea alcohol diminishes it...because you'll probably feel dizzy or say something stupid or act all unco...though I suppose one drink couldn't hurt as long as it isn't 180 proof.

Yes, a work shirt, mostly because I refuse to set foot in that newsagency ever again, unless it's an emergency (and I need to call 000).

Er no...but I've passed a club in which mud restling takes place, it's pretty creepy looking frankly.

What the Crap?...

I've been working hard on the clock since work was cancelled today, but alas, just when I thought I had it, the whole thing chucked a spaz and keeps crashing the game, no matter how many times I redo it...I don't get it...what could be causing the problem? I don't know so I was hoping to send it into the Trouble Shooters at ModtheSims2, but wouldn't you know it, right when I'm about to do so, it goes down for Maintance! Well, damn that.

Anyway, yes work was cancelled today, so I headed over to Macquarie Shopping Centre hoping that the Myer there would have some 6.5 sized shoes for me...However, the other pair of shoes, that appeared to fit well enough didn't work at all in real life! :Oo They rubbed against my heels, even after I put bandaids on them and started to hurt so much I couldn't bare to wear them anymore and brought a cheap set of $10 flip-flops from Big W. Flip flops do suck I tell you, a couple of times they dragged across the ground and made that awful sound. Ugh!

Anyway, in my attempt to make the shoes more comfortable I put in those anti-slip heel things, but alas that only lead to them been tighter and thus to tight to wear! Plus they still hurt because my heels were tender from the punishment all ready recieved. So, basically it looked like I'd blown $80 on a pair of shoes I can't wear! Mum didn't think I'd be able to take them back, what with having worn them outside and put the sticky heel things on. But they looked OK and I set to work breaking off my fingernails to pick it off. Which I suceeded in doing from the most part, though I will confess to leaving some residue then covering it up with all the shit the pad the boxes and shoes with. Oh well, I don't feel that bad because the shoes definitely weren't Supersoft as described...I know my Supersoft shoes and those ones sucked!

So anyway in the end I returned both pairs as there wasn't a 6.5 to be found and picked up both sets of pants at Chatswood (which I'd dropped off to be hemmed and repaired that morning after Reconcilation and before going and finding out that there was no work) and tried to find some more as this was the last day of the Sales. I found a pair of very plain ones that I can't really wear with my orthodics, but are comfortable. I couldn't find any Supersoft fancy ones in my size though and kind of had a mental blank on looking at other brands. So there's goes that chance down the crapper. But I shall buy some more heel grips to stick in Mum's black shoes, so and with the inner sole in them they should fit now. Well, at least for a day.

Tomorrow night is going to be a bit of an experience, I've agreed to babysit for that girl, luckily the concert her parents are going to is ending at about 9.30 so it's not like it'll be a super late night and I fortunately brought my Easter Eggs this afternoon on my way home, so I don't have to worry about doing that at the very last minute like I had to do last time (I think I had to buy Dad a shit egg last year, but this year I'm privy to important info re: Dad's chocolate tastes so that's cool!) So, I'm going to take my laptop over tomorrow, don't know if I'll be able to go on the net though, which is a shame because I won't be able to see if my clock can be fixed then. I wonder if I've broken my Sims PE or something, it had a lot of shutdown warnings and whatnot. I wonder if the program itself is shittened. Oh well, we'll see what the guys at ModtheSims2 can do, they're a very helpful bunch! :OD

Anyway, with work tomorrow starting at 8.30, I better do the Memes and hit the hay.

2. Ever seen/been near a tornado? Was it cool or scary? Both? Get out of it ok?

Well, we have Cyclones down here, and not in this area...although sometimes we have whirly winds, it's very odd it's like a mini-tornado and it can actually be quite serious! I've been in a few of those...and damn the dirt it threw up hurt..!

3. Pick a random country. If there's a message you could whisper in the wind to someone in that country, what would you say?

Iran- Watch out! Follow the UN Directives...'cause the US might be planning something really bad... (Seriously, I heard on the news that the US may be considering dropping a nuclear bomb on Iran! I sincerely hope this is an unfounded rumour, the US wouldn't do that...I hope...)

It's very annoying having one fingernail broken off but the others still intact...I hat when that happens...it'll be a while before that feeling goes away...greeeeaaaat.
