Saturday Six

1. How interested are you in this year's Super Bowl game?

If there was a scale of 1-10 I'd place it at minus 1,005, I couldn't care less.

2. How many Super Bowl parties have you been invited to attend? Are you going to one?

I live in Australia dude! The Super Bowl means nothing to us! But if I was invited to one I probably wouldn't got because then I'd have to watch the stupid game.

3. What's worse, in your opinion: when the media produces what you consider to be a one-sided story, or when someone who is critical of the media for producing what they think is a one-sided story retells the story telling only one side of it themselves?

Sound as bad as each other, although I guess you could try to piece the story together then by reading both stories. But that's the media for you.

Scratches head: Was that the same result...I picked a different temperature...21 instead of 27, but really I don't like either of them 24 is the most comfortable body temp, at least that's what I heard.

Calm and clear, but not to hot otherwise you have to close the curtins because it burns!

6. Consider any television shows you are currently collecting on DVD or are planning to collect. Are there any series that you'd stop collecting at a certain point rather than just collecting the entire run? If so, why?

The Simpsons! Up to Season Six, so that um 12 more seasons to go! Cripes...and no I'd get 'em all, if you're gonna start you might as well finish, besides it'll cut down on the number of video tapes I have.
I also plan to collect all of Futurama and Frasier and also get my own set of Family Guy, when I have money for such extravagancies.

The Bare Necessities....

4.45pm: I've only just this half hour returned from a shopping trip to Warringah Mall, which didn't go quite as well as I hoped, for one thing there was no bag repairer at that place to fix my backpack so I had to carry a shoulder bag all over the friggin' place. Add to that the fact I went on a long walk down to the main road my back was seriously pained by the time I got to the Mall.

But it was an all important trip, my old scrolly mouse was dead, comfirmed by the guys at Dick Smith's Electronics, so I brought a new one for $20, I do wonder though whether I should have dropped five bucks more to buy the Microsoft one...eh I guess it doesn't matter, and ol' Bill Gates has got more than enough money comin' to him anyway.

However! Whilst I brought carrots for tonights vegetable portion of dinner I neglected to get toilet paper and I forgot to bring a phone charger, which is bad because my phone is down to one click, it probably won't last the night...which is a bit of a worry because God forbid if I got into an accident in here and broke my leg or something I wouldn't be able to call for help... Which is really an unpleasant thought, but man I can not be bothered to go driving around at this late stage to pick up the charger. I guess if the worst comes to worse I'll send a 'Help' message over the internet to my big bro who will certainly see it.

Hmm yeah, I hope.

So that's all I've gotta say for the moment...the phone is hanging on, doubtless though it'd run out of batteries the second someone calls. Crap...

It's also sticky in here, I think I better turn the fan up, I may have been wrong not to take the portable air-con with me, but that damn thing rattles and whatnot so much, I don't think I could have stood it.

Right, so off to do that!

On the plus side, back seems to have recovered from all the walking and bad posture.

Hmm...not much else to commet on except for a brief period when the net here cut out and I seriously thought the box inside the main house had chucked a spaz (I can't get inside so I'd have to call my Grandpa to come over, which I couldn't expect him to do so late in the evening), but thankfully it's reconnected, but I'm keeping a close eye on it.

As it turned out my phone was up to taking a call from my big bro, he just wanted to know where something was, so at least I have the knowledge I can probably call 000, knock on wood!

Right it's getting dark so I better go get that chicken sandwich now.
