I gotta stop eating cheese and chocolate first thing in the morning...or at least put the cheese on toast! Honestly I don't know what my deal is aside from you know been an idiot and all. I found out the other day that chocolate can upset the balance of good bacteria in the digestive system. Damn it to Hades I say! So yeah I've got to hide that stuff, out of sight and out of mind.

I haven't gone to the doctor's yet, which I really should do, because even though I slept fine and my chest didn't hurt when I woke up as soon as I stood up to answer my mobile (Mum bawling me out over living arrangements) it started to hurt again and the longer I stay up right the more it hurts. Although when I woke up this morning my throat was sore instead. What's with that crap?

Right so gotta get off my ass, take a shower and get my butt down to the doc's.

I leave you with this: Ouch.

Well, I've returned from the Doc who has diagnosised me with Costochondritis, hereafter known as the fuckin' painful problem. It seems a virus rather than doing the polite thing and causing me to have a cough and running nose and all that usual stuff has gone into my chest cartilidge and inflammed the whole stupid thing. So now I'm on anti-inflamatories.

Once again I rue inflammed muscles and whatnot, I mean all that pain and modern medicine can hardly do anyting for you! Thanks for nothing medical science...

Bloody viruses though...it seems ironic too, this all started yesterday when I was watching a National Geo marathon on viruses, bacterias and parasites. Hmpf I was happy to see all the various stuff been used to stop viruses in their tracks, unfortunately looks like this one isn't to be beaten.

Well, I've taken my anti-inflammatory, and now I'm feeling rather buggered...malaise...I'm supposed be cleaning my room, but frankly I'd rather just lie down, because oddly enough it's much more comfortable than sitting up. I mean you'd think with chest pain lying on your back would make it worse...but them's the breaks.

Hmm...short entry syndrome is rampant right now...all I can say is..er..sorry.

10.01pm: But I'm just not feeling up to it...thought I know it's currently one set each with the Federal Express looking to take the 3rd, in fact last I looked he was 4-0 so unless The Bag really picks up his game, it doesn't look like he'll make it. Which is a shame, because that'd be so cool! I like the Bag, he's chirpy and smiley and all that. :O)

Ah damn...I thought half an hour ago that the anti-inflammatories may have worked wonders because my chest was feeling all right, but now it's gone back to been sore...I think it might be my bad posture...which ain't good, 'cause it's kind of hard to fix your posture in one day. Ouch.

So anyway I''m watching Seismic Seconds narrated by Jack Davenport, from Coupling and the dude who played Captain Norrington in Pirates of the Carribean (who I so would have picked over Orlando Bloom, loved that wig! :OD). But yes it's on TWA 800, that was one nasty crash, I mean the plane just didn't blow up, for the people in the back they would have lived for nearly a minute! I can think of plenty of ways I'd rather go than fully-concious in a burning plane.

I'm feeling rather nervous at the moment, which sucks and may indeed by why my chest has started hurting again...anxiety sucks! Note to self must call new pyschiatrist person tomorrow to book an appointment. I managed to find his card the other day, so yeah. My poor anxiety has been flaring up quiet a bit lately, so I need to discuss that issue. Apart from anything else thinking about it right now is leading me to worry that it may hamper my recovery from this chest thing 'cause overbreathing and whatnot can irritate the joints further.

Hmmm, yeah need to get a grip.

But damn I've got another problem...I'm supposed to go to my Aunt and Uncles on Tuesday to discuss moving into their Granny Flat thing, my mother insists that I do this...unless I do a Graduate Dipolma or something. First of all if my current condition doesn't change I don't really feel up to driving out to where they live (which is some distance away) and having an indepth discussion about all this and secondly since it's so out of the way I'm rather uncomfortable about living there with my tendancy to get lost and stuff. Very disconcerting.

Ouch! Damnit, stupid chest is flaring up quite bad now. Sigh! I stepped right into this I suppose.

And A Quiz )

10.50pm: Ah! The Bag didn't make it...but Second Place in your first Australian Open's pretty good! And the Prize-Money for that ain't nothing to sniff at either. And I agree with everyone else, the Bag is going to be a top Tennis Player, and once the Fed gets in a Final you can't stop that guy! He couldn't have lost to a better guy though, 'cause come on, we all love the Fed! :OD

Awww...the Fed is crying he's so happy. I've never seen the Fed so overcome by winning a tournment, I think it's cause he got it from Rod Laver...who incidentally is considered the greatest tennis player of modern times having made two Grand Slams! Wow, I feel proud to be an Aussie!

And now they're interviewing the Fed, so I'm gonna watch that to see what he has to say.

I do enjoy hearing about Tennis! But I'm even more excited about next week...The Winter Olympics! Ice Skating...woo-hoo!

Good night all!
