Ah, I can't say I agree with Homer on that one...funny though it is. I love books! I've been going around to some of the libraries of which I'm a member looking for stuff to read, mostly history stuff, always been a fan of history (which explains the three history subjects I took in the last two years o' school). Well, when it's not World War I or II, which we did to death.

Yeah, so that's where I've been these past couple o' days...I should be job hunting, but Seek is totally dead at the mo, but it looks like I'll have work on Friday...I hope it's not too hot, it was pretty cool today, but with 2005 the hottest year on record we're probably gonna have some problems this year.

Well, I've stayed up too late again, so I need to get my arse to bed...

What 'Chu Been Doing?

Crap, didn't have a proper dinner tonight...it's been raining all day, which is good, sort of...except it made me not want to go out and get some sausages...so I didn't. Geeze, no wonder I'm sleeping crappily. Must remember to turn the dehumidifiere on before going to bed tonight because at some point in the night this room heats up too much and I end up waking. Happened to me at 6am this morning...considering I went to sleep at about 1am, this ain't good...

My Birthday is in 5 days...I'm not sure if I'll be working on that day yet, which makes it a bit hard to plan a party...I guess I could just say 5 or so...Still I'm kinda bummed that neither Ben nor bookscorpion are here...it just won't be the same without 'em! (Oh fudge...that reminds me I was supposed to call the latter about the library books...whoops...)

What I'm definitely not looking forward to is the 9th on which I'm been forced to see a play...Crap Mum promised me last time I wouldn't have to do this again! But she said seeing as M brought the tickets prior to her making that promise I still have to go. Bee-yetch! I know I shouldn't complain, and I should face my fears and shit, but it's always so uncomfortable for me to go to plays, I feel trapped in there!

And you know it's the principle of the thing, dragging people to things they don't wanna go to, it's really rather rude. I mean I wouldn't make M watch 2 hours of The Simpsons.

What else to report not much, went to the new main Sydney Library at the Customs House today, it's very spiffy indeed! They've got this cool model of the city underneath the floor, and spiral staircases...quite a sight! Although it'd be a bitch to shelve books, there's so much space between the 000s and 900s...

Oh and work tomorrow didn't pan out, so I've got tomorrow to do whatever. I kinda want to go to the big Library at Sydney Uni, but it seems they just don't let anyone walk in there...I wonder if flashing my UTS Student Card would work...'Cause I've always wanted to see that library.
