Oh, that's just RUDE!

Ok, so at 6pm this evening after pissing around getting everything set up so I can go to Newtown after my first Genre Writing Workshop and going over there to find my little bro sick as a dog with a cold and none too happy about having me over (and for some bizarre reason planning to go to the parentals to get the car in a bus later in the evening), and finally running really late for said class because I can't judge time and also got mixed up with which building was which, I discover:

The God-damn Class isn't on this week!

What the Hell?

I mean I can't be pissed off at the tutor 'cause it's not like she or he knew that I was new to the class, but still what a bitch! Particularly since I left some things at the apartment so my bad wouldn't be so full, including my memory sticks and the Spider-Man 2 Collector Edition I brought today for $20 (Whoo! More mood iconage!) But I decided not to go back to the apartment because a) I don't want to be in such close quarters with a sick person and b) It sucks ass trying to catch a bus in peak hour. None of them stop because they're all full!

So, I took the train back here to the parentals and had a dinner of suasages loveingly prepared by Dad. :O)

I'm thinking of driving to work tomorrow, so I can go straight into the city afterwards, but I don't know, because the traffic can be pretty bad and I'm not sure I'll be able to get a parking spot. But eh I'll see what time I'll be leaving tomorrow morning. If it's 9am or something no way because the road will be backed up for KILOMETRES!

Other than that not much to report...Writing and New Media was pretty cool, we're looking at hypertext with a view of making one of our own in groups. There were some examples from a previous class and they were really quick ass! I'm looking forward to it. :OD

In other news I've put my thank yous up for the pictures I've used in my mood theme (well most of 'em), so yeah...hopefully that's all good.

LOL! Sir. Robet Winston is presenting Human Instinct: Deepest Desires, I love Sir. Robert, he ROCKS! And it's that experiment about the difference towards men and women's attitudes to casual sex. Remember that one? 70% of dudes would have sex with a woman they'd never met! You dirty, dirty boys! :OP

But I've already mentioned that...unfortuantely I can't watch Sir. Robert because bed calls...ah well, they'll repeat him later on.
