Aaah, finally purchased a hotwater bottle from the chemist, filled it up and put it on my poor sprained muscle, and ahhh yeah, that's good heat therapy.

Why didn't I get this stuff before? I suck. But I can't take it to work unfortunately...

Ugh! I almost killed myself choking on water a minute ago, ick! And now I've got this weird taste in my mouth, damn.

I'm supposed to go back to Newtown tonight but I seriously can't be assed, since I went to all the trouble of going to the Doc's today and it took like a whole hour to see the Doc.

As it turned out it wasn't my spine or my hip joints but this muscles that connects them both together, what a bitch.

Right I can't think of anything more to write, my brain is busted from...er I dunno, something...

Right now I'm back, just had a bit of a sleep and now I feel a lot better, I've got some new smilies, aren't they cute?

I'm off to play The Sims 2 now, and am going to try and build Lorraine's house in Hill Valley, good stuff, although I'm not sure how I'm going to print of George's house since the network printer in our house, connected to my Dad's computer is on the fritz.

I have to keep refilling the hot water bottle, since it's the only relief I can get, well I'll take some Nurofen tomorrow, but I always get worried about taking too many medicines (I have to take two every day anyway) so try and stay clear just in case of some weird reaction.

Damn me, I can't figure out if I hurt my back because I stood up for too long, or because I've sat down for too long, it could be the latter since all the books I've looked at suggest that it is sitting on your ass the whole time that can blow your back.

Got to get up early tomorrow for work, my boss has decided to give me the morning shift, which is probably a good idea, as I hate having the middle of my day eaten into, well at least in a job like this.
Yikes! Just had a thought, I was supposed to clean up the Journalism Workroom this week and then stop Uni work so they don't have to pay me (they're running low on funds, hmpf what else is new?), but I so can't pick up the papers.

Geeze, Parliment is a zoo. I was thinking I could be a MP for a while as I can yell and boo pretty loudly too, plus you get like three months off a year, but then I'd have to represent people and also study politics- ugh.

Right off to do some Simming!
