Unlocking The Overlocker!

10:11pm: Yes! Thanks to the manual I bought from the sewing site, I've been able to get the overlocker my aunt gave me all those months ago to work! So cool! :OD I can't wait to overlock my purple shirt hems to keep them from fraying and stuff. You're supposed to be able to create a rolled hem with it, but it needs a different foot for that and alas that's not with it. I guess I could ask my aunt if it's it's in her house somewhere.
Moving on, I decided to buy the sausage dog print pjs! It turned out a little different than planned though, because the Target at Warringahh Mall only had a top in size 12, somehow the pants had gone missing. I considered buying a size 14 instead...but decided to go with just the top because that meant I got it for half price, although it did leave me without pants!
However, I solved that problem when I went to Warriewood Square which I went to because I had some things from Coles, and the one I went to in Dee Why didn't have any of my bread left and I also went to the K-Mart there and found some awesome PJ pants.
Who says cats and dogs don't get along! :OD Pretty fab, no? So fab in fact that I changed into them when I got home after having my shower - I'd planned to go to the gym today, but my lower leg is still sore - at 3pm!
I'm planning to go to the gym tomorrow, but I'm a bit concerned about the state of my place, I've been slacking again. I really need to stop doing that. :OP
Anyway, I better wrap this entry up, but before I do - here's the Meme:
Friday5
Drama
1. What was the last stage play you saw? Gee...I think it might have been Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, which was based on a children's book by May Gibbs, it was pretty good!
2. Which film genres do you like most, and which least? Like most: Comedy (although not gross-out comedy) Like Least: Horror, don't even wanna watch that.
3. Why do some people seem always to have some kind of drama in their lives, while others apparently have very little? Dunno...I guess some people are more likely to talk about it? Or know a lot of people or like to live on the edge. Other people are less likely to talk about what's going down with them.
4. One element of classic tragedy is the hero’s tragic flaw. What’s yours? Procrastination, I fear! :OP
5. What are some lines of a play’s or film’s dialogue you can recite from memory? "If my calculations are correct...when this baby hits 88 miles per hour...you're gonna see some serious shit." Doc Brown Back to the Future is the first that comes to mind!
OK better head off, all this talk of cleaning makes me want to tidy up the house a bit before I go to bed!
Goodnight all!
