Can't Think Of A Decent Title...

11:04pm: I was going to put something about job hunts, but I'm not exactly job hunting...I was just taking a look to see what was available in the library sector, since you can't depend on those "Send me all the jobs in this search" emails as I have discovered.
As it happens there's a librarian job going at Dee Why Library! This is indeed of great interest to me, although...I'm not sure I actually have all the essential criteria and could I be a librarian? I mean I'd have to go to meetings and come up with ideas about marketing strategies or whatever. Sounds a bit hard to me. :OP On the other hand, it is full-time and I'd sure be rolling in it if I got it. Then again I guess you get paid for the hard work you do.
And now Im distracted by this doco on the Chernobyl disaster, why are these nuclear technicians dressed like bakers? It's really weird...I assume that's an actual fact. Still, I maintain it's odd. :OP
I'm somewhat pleased I can understand some of the Russian that's been spoken in the reenactments, but I think that's because they're speaking slowly, LOL.
man, it's really hard for me to concentrate today, I'm not sure why, because I took my ADHD medication today...if not a little late. Which you think would mean it was still acting, but nope. I guess it might also have to do with trying to apply for this university library assistant job, bloody essential criteria, Ialways feel like I'm half-assing it or repeating myself, or saying the wrong thing. Maybe I should do that "Preparing for Change - Applying for Jobs" thing the council keeps advertising in preparation for the amalgamations. It's not that unlikely they'll have better advice then the Job Search place recommended by Centrelink.
Oo! House Hunters International is on, so I've turned over to that, although I can't say I think it a good idea to move to the Middle East, as a woman and all. I mean I'd have to wear long pants even in 50 degree weather and more than likely be unable to go out by myself. Nuts to that. Not that I'd even go so far way from family and friends, LOL.
Before I head off, here's a Meme!

Survey 212 Meme

1. Is your birth year an odd or even number?: Even! Which is good because I don't much care for odd numbers.
2. Which one of your friends is the most outgoing?: Uh...hmm...I'm not sure to be honest? Micki, I guess, though I don't see her that much since she moved to Queensland.
3. Have you eaten any of your favorite foods today?: Yep! Cheese and chocolate.
4. When did you last find yourself in an awkward situation?: Uh...hmm...I dunno.
5. When was the last time you ignored, or went against, someone’s advice?: Gee, I dunno, I usually follow people's advice because I'm so terrible at making decisions.
6. What happened?: Well, I seem to recall buying something that turned out to be a bad deal. Not sure what it was now, not my car, I think it was something small.
7. How many different towns/cities have you lived in?: Hmmm, 4 and a bit - the bit being the time the family spent in Birmingham.
8. When was the last time you had Nutella?: GASP! Just last week! And I probably need to give it up again, the damn stuff is just too addictive.
9. Who is your favorite character in“The Big Bang Theory”?: Haven't really watched it all that much...I kind of like Penny, from what I've seen though.
10. What are your parents’ middle names?: Mum's is Mary and Dad's is Michael.
11. Name someone with a sexy sounding voice.: Alan Rickman RIP :O(
12. Are your eyes the same color as your sibling’s?: No actually, I'm the only one of the kids to have brown eyes - my brother's both have blue eyes. Once again that gene square we learned about in science oversimplified things!
13. How many pets do you have? Would you like any more?: I have one fish, Nedshenko, who I haven't fed in a couple of days...better do it now!
14. Is there a song you can’t stop listening to atm?: Nah.
15. Is there a song that you’re fed up of hearing?: Hmmm...I don't think so, but I usually listen only to music I like LOL.
16. Did you have a strange or interesting dream last night?: I did! At one point I was running around a city in Japan for some reason...
17. Name 3 things that are in your refrigerator atm.: Ham, margarine and grapes.
18. Which friend do you confide in most?: Hmm

Right! Better be off now, once again I managed to spend most of the day lazing around, tomorrow though! I have to go out and about for SRE and all that jazz.
Goodnight all!
