anonymoose_au11:13pm: Of this murder book I was reading, because the last chapter was beyond fucked up and I'm not going to finish reading it because I don't want to have nightmares for the rest of my life.
Probably should have known better than to read that one, I prefer books about how forensics and stuff are used to catch a killer, I don't want to get into extreme details, especially not if they involved that kind of fucked up shit.
Damn, and I have to go to bed as soon as finish this entry! I need something fluffy to read! o.O Let this be a lesson to you all. And honestly I haven't made a mistake this bad since I read the prologue of Jaws: The Novelisation and couldn't sleep the entire night because it was so scary.
In other news, today was the first visit of Mum to make sure I was keeping my place tidy. She also bought over some delicious cake leftover from my father's birthday at school, a delicious mud cake! Which one probably shouldn't be eating during Lent, but ah well.
Hmmm, I did have something else to write about, but I've totally forgotten what it was now! Scratches head.
Oh! Wait, I know! I had very good luck today when I went Vinnies, there was a VCR/DVD combo available there! Woo! Go me! Although, I ended up going to Bing Lee at Mona Vale because I thought I could get a new one there, but it seems I'm a year too late on tat score, they no longer make them. I also tried the Salvos, although there weren't any there either.
So that's cool.
Annnd, now I'm watching a repeat of Four Corners about Guns and Kids in the USA, which frankly could well be more fucked up than the murder book. God damnit USA...I can't believe the news I heard today about Trump either, who are the idiots who think voting for this guy is a good idea. They interviewed someone who seemed to genuinely believe that putting Trump in power will stop the USA being a laughing stock. God damn, someone's ill-informed.
Gawd, I can feel my brain cells dying just watching these gun nuts, I give up and I'm going to bed.
