Hmpf, Needed An Update

anonymoose_au11:43pm: To play those SBS on Demand videos, that is. Although, the Blu-Ray player could have told me this earlier, I wasted valuable time this afternoon trying to record stuff only to have it not work or buffer constantly. Which s why I'm still up now, even though I really should be in bed.
However, there is another problem to deal with and that's the fact that even with the video cleaner my DVD/VCR combo still won't play tapes. Craaap. I'm not sure what I should do...I'm pretty sure you can't get new DVD/VCR combos anyway, although...I could be wrong about that. Failing that I suppose I could once again try buying a second hand one, but who knows how long it'll hold out. I've still got a heap of videos to get through!
Oh...and then I'm also worried about the analogue to USB recorder, the USB bit has gotten a bit loose and it's a bit difficult to plug it in into the USB socket. I had to improvise with a pin to stop the USB bit from slipping back into the case. I have no idea how it got loose, either way it's quite annoying.
Anyway, with the day being as late as it is I really need to haul ass, I've been making some rather telling mistakes at work the past couple of days and I can only use Monday-itis as an excuse for one of those times. :OP
Not to mention I had a busy day, not only did I go to the gym, I also found out about my Working with Children Check which my mother has being bugging me about - turns out I all ready had one so waiting at the RTA was a bit of a waste, do'h.
I also finally bought a pot and some potting mix so I could replant the little tree/shrub I got last year for volunteering at the library. It's looking good now, although I hope it doesn't get too big.
And now, with ten minutes to go until midnight, I must flee!
