anonymoose_au11:14pm: I am most displeased by the news the land lady gave me this evening when I came in to put on my second load of laundry. The news is that they want to sell the place. Not until May, but considering how fast time goes these days this'll sneak up on me before I know it! D:
So now I have to find somewhere else to live...but should I go sooner rather than later? I suppose I should if only because I hate uncertainty and all that. Also, as part of the selling the landlords want to do some renovating of the Granny Flat, which means people will be coming up here to take measurements and whatnot. On the one hand I suppose that means I'll have good reason to keep my house clean, but geeze, I don't like the idea of people just wandering in willy-nilly.
There was a caveat that this depends on them selling their apartment in Neutral Bay - where the church I go to is actually! - but the Sydney Property Market hasn't slowed down all that much so I'm sure if they want to sell it they will. Even if they don't though, like I said I'd rather not be stuck on tenterhooks waiting to hear if I'm supposed to stay or go.
Anyway, today was busy what with working at the library this morning and then Church in the afternoon. I got everything done though, so that's all good. :O) I am super tired though, although that's probably because I didn't get quite enough zzzs this week more than anything else. At least...that's what I hope.
I did manage to leave my new water bottle behind at the library though, do'h! Lucky for me I'm on again tomorrow I suppose, but I better not forget it tomorrow!
After work I went to Aldi to get my cheese and whatnot and that's when I saw the analogue smart watch was on sale for $39 now. Daaaang, don't you hate it when that happens? I sure do :OP I could try and do something tricky like return the watch then rebuy it, but I've used it for like two weeks now so that'd be rather assholey of me.
Anyway, I best wrap up this entry so I'll have enough time to do my Russian study before midnight! So once again the refrain is...the memes will come tomorrow! :OP
