Overworked?

anonymoose_au10:44pm: So, I dragged myself to work at Mrs S's today, but I called in sick to the library. I also went to the doctor, who said it was probably a virus of some sort, but I better throw out the rest of the lasagna because it could be that. She also recommended that I take the day off tomorrow too, so I called Mrs S to let her know.
Although this has brought into focus the issue with there only being me and the other carer around, Mrs S is thinking that a third person needs to come on board, which might mean less hours for me, but with all the library work that's not the worst thing. Mrs S seems to think I might have overworked myself too much, what with the library shifts, church, going to the gym, ice skating and making the costume. Which when I write it all out does sound like a lot...although I'm not sure what to do! I don't want to stop going ice skating, and whilst going to the gym less could be an option, it would mean wasting money a bit...if I only went once a week that'd be 20 bucks a go!
Of course, now that I've got a sick note, I don't feel so bad...but taking it easy for another day is probably a good idea. Give me a chance to clean my flat, frankly I'm a bit concerned maybe it's causing some of my health woes.
The only issue left is that my Russian book is due back at the Manly Library, I though I could renew it, but no dice, I don't want to drive to Manly tomorrow, so I guess I'll have to suck up the late fee.
Lastly, Dad managed to find the spare fit thing, turns out it was in his drawer after all, how did both Mum and I miss it? Beats me.
But shout out to my mother who was very nice in driving me to and picking me up from work and taking me to the Dee Why. :O)
And now I must be off, gotta keep up with the zzzzzs.
