Whole Lotta Crates...

10:39pm: Yes, as it turned out I didn't go to lunch with Mum, Dad and the grandparents, instead I went to the gym and then managed to cram nearly all of my crates into the BMW and deliver them over here to the Granny Flat. Where I hauled them up the steps and set them in what I feel is a rather neat manner mostly in my bedroom area. So now I have all my stuff - well, almost all of it - here with me, which is nice, although my parents absolutely insist I need to throw some stuff out, because it was kind of crammed into the wardrobe at my apartment, but I dunno...I love all my books! And that's what they are mostly. Although there's quite a few tapes I need to dub to DVD or something, then I can throw them out.
I also bought over an antenna for the TV in the bedroom area, except it's got the wrong kind of attachment at the end so it doesn't actually work, do'h! I guess I'll have to sort that out tomorrow.
Also, I must remember to call the pyschiatrist's office to make an appointment (forgot to do that on Friday!) as well as that Home Help place about the job and the IPL place because I made an appointment for Tuesday, but I have to do shit on that day now, I'll probably move it to Saturday since I'll be heading over that way for church.
And now I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer, I think I've all ready seen this episode, but I'll watch it anyway and do the Memes:
Saturday Six
1. X is for XANTHOCYANOPSY: Do you or anyone in your family have colour-blindness? If so what colour is the most difficult to see? Yes, my father has a bit of colour blindness, thus he could never become a pilot - although he's not really the pilot type. But he has the most trouble with green, he can tell the difference between it and other colours, but he has trouble with the shades.
2. X is for XANTHODONT: How quickly do you notice someone's teeth? Is there such a thing as "too white"? Depends if they have a toothy-smile, if they don't I probably won't notice. I tend to notice them more on TV presenters, LOL. As for "too white", it can be a little shocking to see blinding bright teeth, but I wouldn't say "too white", LOL.
3. X is for XENAGOUGE: If you had to serve as a "tour guide" for your home town, how well do you think you'd do on a scale of 1 to 10? For Canberra? Not too bad actually, I know about Questacon and the ice rink and all the museums and stuff. I'm not exactly clear on how to get to them though - direction isn't my strong suit, LOL, so I guess I might get a 6 or 7.
4. X is for XENODCHEIONOLOGY: What do you love most about staying in a hotel? Room service! Staying somewhere different and more often than not the view and/or amenities available. Good times.
5. X is for XENOPHOBIA: Have you ever felt uncomfortable around a group of foreigners if you were outnumbered by them? I don't think so? But then I've never really been in that situation. I have felt left out though when in a a group of my friends and they've all spoken Chinese with each other and I have no idea what they're saying!
6. X is for XU: How many coins or paper bills do you own? Not too many paper bills...I think I have two or three one dollar bills from the US and some Indonesian bills too, but I have a whole bag of foreign coins which I got from my little bro who got them from his place of work. It was a bar so there were a lot of tourists who mixed up their coins with our coins sometimes.

64. Ever been out of the country? Not in the last 10 years, alas, but I have indeed.
65. Where were you the last time you used a public bathroom? Would the gym changeroom count? If not, it's been some time, two weeks ago when I was still working on Monday's I guess.

67. What is your average cell phone bill? $29, at least that's the aim!
68. Who or what are you thinking about right now? To be honest, I have to pee, but I want to finish this entry first, LOL.
69. When was the last time you laughed REALLY hard? Just an hour or so ago, when I read something hilarious on LJ.
70. How many pairs of shoes do you own? I counted them up once...but I can't be bothered to do that now, I think it was around 20?
71. Are your toes always painted? In the summer they often are because open-toed shoes, but in winter, I couldn't be bothered.
72. How many piercings do you have? None, I possibly have a condition with keloid scarring which could make piercings quite a problem.
73. What are you doing today? Well, it's almost over, but read the top of the post.
74. Have you ever been gambling? Nope, I went to a casino once with some people, but didn't bet anything because it's all rigged. The people I was with did though and they kindly shared their money with me!
75. When is the last time you updated your blog? Last night around this time. I try to update ever day.
76. Do you like roller coasters? Not anymore, I used to like small ones - no loop-de-loops or anything, but now I can't abide by them at all.

84. What states have you lived in? ACT and NSW.
85. Do you wish you could move? Ugh, no, I just have!
86. Do you take a lot of quizzes? LOL, yes, I love Memes!
87. What is your dream car? A green Citroen Pluriel, which if I had a job I could buy, but I don't so I can't. Do'h.
88. Have you ever wanted someone you can't have? Well, duh! Who the fuck hasn't? The latest was that job at a newsagency at Chatswood.
89. If you could be anywhere right now where would it be? Right here, it's nice.
90. Are you happy with your life? The lack of job is getting me down sometimes, but on the whole yeah, I'm happy.
