Neeeew shoes!

anonymoose_auP11:06pm: Yes! Although at first there was disappointment, first of all I had a dream that it took me solo long to get to the Aldi that all the shoes where gone! Which is really quite sad, LOL. But hey it meant I woke up on time. Although that was probably more down to my parental units who decided to have a sniping match first thing. Honestly, people are so rude. Rest assured, I don't think they'll stay mad at each other.
So yeah, I got to the Aldi in good time, 11 minutes after it opened so their were plenty of shoes, but I discovered to my dismay only the men's shoes had the green colour option! And although I have to buy my sneakers in a larger size than I actually wear because of my orthodics even the smallest men's size was just too big. So I went with the pink ones, since they would at least kind of match my gym clothes. Then at work I came up with a neat idea, I could buy green laces, then not only will there be green it'll match my gym clothes even more. Yay! And fate was on my side because I thought maybe I was going to have to get some on eBay, but there were some available at the Athlete's Foot and I got them at lunch! Yay!
Also, I continued the hunt for Mum's slippers and shower cap, without any luck at all! Although, while I was at Target not only did I find a watch with a red band, I found the exact same one! Wow, that never happens, they're always changing stuff in the fashion world. I must make sure I don't take the new one to the gym though, since dropping it on a hard surface isn't an option!
And I got to my Writer's Group this evening, although my Bluetooth keyboard is still acting weird, although I'm thinking it's probably not something wrong with the keyboard itself as the nonresponsive keys keep changing! Apparently one of the updates to Android did something weird to Bluetooth keyboard connections and there's an app for it, I'll have to check it out, I guess.
And it's late so I should turn in, although I am watching Homes Under the Hammer, before I go, here's a piccie of my shoes!
Oh! And I almost left my black pom-pom scarf behind in the pub where the Writer's Club meets! Luckily, I remembered it and it was still there along with the group. Although I did end up missing the bus (actually I got on it and had to get back off). Luckily, it was the second last bus so I was able to catch the next one after buying some things at the nearby IGA.
And now I must be off!
