Let's Get Physical!

anonymoose_au10:20pm: Yes! I returned to the gym this evening, I was thinking of not doing so, but Mum was going and so could give me a lift back to the parentals where I am right now.
I didn't get a chance to go swimmimg, however, since Mum doesn't stay at the gym that long and also I still have a slightly sore throat, so it was probably for the best. I'll hopefully be able to go tomorrow.
But yes, I did 16 minutes on the bike and 10 on the strider, and it seems I haven't lost it, phew! However, I did realise that I really should have been doing my stretching exercises even though I wasn't going to the gym, man I hope I haven't lost all my progress, I was this close to touching my toes. I'll have to give it go tonight before bed.

Given the choice in a restaurant – would you go with a booth or table (or bar!!!) for seating?
Hmmm....I guess booth? I'm not really sure to be honest with you! If it is a booth, I'd still like to sit on the end so I can get up without having to climb over or make other's move.
Friday Fill-In

1. Right now I'm doing the memes and waiting for 60 Minute Makeover to start.
2. Driving with my mouth hanging open is my well known quirk.
3. Are you thinking what I'm thinking, Pinkie?
4. Tomorrow I'll go to the gym first, then hopefully talk with some of my online friends!
5. That's whyI should have some throat lozenges around.
6. Air Crash Investigation is one of my favorite tv shows ever!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to to finishing up these memes, tomorrow my plans include church and going to the gym and Sunday, I want to make sure my apartment is nice and clean and also my laundry is done!

1. Where were you the last time you took an awkward tumble? Actualy, I almost tripped on my way to the gym this evening, which would of really sucked.
2. When did you last dine by the pleasant flicker of candlelight? Um search me, I don't dine out that much. My father loves candles though, so it might have been some time late last year.
3. Who was the last person to cause you to yelp in surprise? Someone today, I was immersed in my work.
4. What were your last good reads, and who recommended them to you? The Crime Investigation Australia books, which I recommended to myself, LOL
5. When were your friends last in a twitter about something you just couldn’t get excited about? Um...I don't know...
And my show's on now so I'm off to watch!
