6:16pm: As with the first part -Bold the clichés you have written, and italicise those you've considered writing.

Evil Twin: Although I've written about quite a few twins - there was a time where I gave practically every character I wrote a twin, but there was never an evil one. In one notable incident, not even the 'evil' twin turned out to be that evil.
However, I once wrote a BTTF fanfic with a plot so outlandish and fucked up, it puts Sweet Valley to shame. There's an evil 'twin', but they're not even related to the person they now look like (they do it with surgery...). Man, what was I smokin' then?!

Talking to a Shrink: LOL once, but geeze was that story lameass. I usually have my characters confide in their friends about their troubles.

Hero Wrongfully Accused: Kinda, sorta, I don't know...in my Torchwood flashfics Marek's pissed as anything at Jack because he (Jack) ditched him (Marek) after claiming he loved him. Thing is, with the whole memory wiped thing, no-one not even Jack is sure if he was playing around with Marek or not.

Character Tortured to Secure Other Character's Cooperation: Might write this...

Expansion Pack: (I'm thinking this is a heading for extra cliches not a cliche in itself?)

Turned into animals: Nope...and I don't think any of my fandoms aside from Harry Potter (which I'm not all that into right now) make that remotely possible and I'm not one for waaay out whacky AUs.

Baby Farm: Dude...that sounds so wrong! I assume this is like rocks fall and everyone's died, so all the women have to reproduce like mad. Not going there!

Time Travel: LOL, this one is a given! I mean BTTF speaks for itself. Torchwood too. I've also had dimension hopping.

Matchmaking Third Party: Oddly enough, I don't think so.

Near Death Confessions: Marek's sure to do this sometime...it better be a long near death for him to get through it all!

Alternative Realities: Abso-postive-ly! My epic Robotech fanfic takes place in a AU. I've had AU BTTF drabbles too.

Stranded Off-World: Marek technically is at first, but since he doesn't want to go back it doesn't really count.

Medical Discharge: I gotta tell you, my mind went somewhere really bad here.

Wedding Fic: Oh, how 'bout my entire freakin' NANO!

Holiday Fic: Valentine's Day mostly...hmpf. But Christmas and Easter too.

Kidnapping: Well, Gray sort of does this to Marek/John, he certainly wasn't expecting that shit.

Slavery: As above - this is why Marek doesn't do nice things!

Tent Porn: Nah, but if Marek ever goes camping...!

Accidental/immaculate/alien pregnancy: Jack makes a comment about having been pregnant, but it probably wouldn't be something he'd advertise at the Agency, so, not sure if I'll ever get around to writing about what went down there.

Going Rogue: Jack (and breaks Marek's heart doing it) and Marek along with five other Time Agents.

Brainwashing: Haven't written it yet, but this is basically the Time Agency's M.O, Jack doesn't fall for it and I don't think they even try with Marek, because they figure he won't be around long.

Death Fic: Not exactly...but Marek's the sole survivor of the town he lived in on Earth.

Briefing Table Porn: LOL! If Jack and Marek don't go here, George and Lorraine probably will!

Dancing/Go to a Ball/yada yada: I committed the cardinal sin of having a Harry Potter fic that was not set during the Tri-Wizard Tournment, where Hogwarts has a New Year's Eve Ball, where Percy and Penelope meet for the first time.
And of course, I've dipped into the events of the Enchanment Under the Sea Dance from BTTF.

So after staying up late last night, I didn't suffer from any 3:30-itis today, I'm not sure what this means exactly...either I'm running on adreneline or something or I don't need 8 hours sleep after all. The human brain confuses and irritates me!

3x Thursday

Down Time

1. Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they? If not, what do you do with your down time?

I can't imagine somebody not having any hobbies! Mine are writing, drawing, surfing the net, watching TV. Fun stuff! :OD

2. What do you like to do for fun?

See above, also hang out with friends, when I can get off my butt and do it!

3. Do you go out much? Where do you like to go? What kinds of things do you like to do?

Not really...I mean I go out to work and all, and sometimes I hang out with the friends or at my parents place. Which reminds me I need to get more exercise, I have no mucsles basically! And that's pretty sad.

Here's a new Meme, it looks like a heap of fun:

Boggle Me Thursday

Find as many words as you can in three minutes!

Rope
Grow
Pros
Wog
Sore

For fun, try and make a sentence out of your words)

Rope Pros grow up and rope sore wog(s).

That was lamely, and possibly racist...but hey, it's a word!

Booking Through Thursday

Inspired

Since “Inspiration” is (or should) the theme this week … what is your reading inspired by?

Gee, never really thought about it...I read a lot of fanfic, though, so I guess my fandoms inspire me, also books by authors I've all ready read and liked. And books M gives me, er... at least I start on those...heh, there's two I haven't read yet. Should get onto that.

Thursday Thunks

Tats, blogs, swimming in your favorite shirt and Oh so much more!

1. Obama tattoos. What do you think of people who got one?

Wow that's dedicated! But he's not a bad looking guy...so hey it could be worse.

2. How many blogs do you read a day, and do you always comment?

Usually all the ones on my Friends Lists. And yeah, I don't always comment, even though I'm a huge comment whore myself, LOL!

3. Do you know to swim?

Kinda shittily...although if the water wasn't too rough I could probaby swim a fair distance.

4. Describe your favorite shirt.

It's got a big smiley face on it, poking it's tongue out! It's so cute! It's actually from this religious guy who tours around the world, Dad got the shirt for me, so I've never seen him in person, but apparently he's not a brainwasher or cult leader or anything.

5. What is one thing that is ALWAYS on your grocery list? Extra points for imagination and creativity.

Err...cheese? Sorry not creative, but that's all I got!

6. Have you ever done any acting?

Well, once I played out Little Bo Peep in Kindergarten, and that was pretty much the last of my acting exploits, being that I'm terrifed at getting up in front of people.

7. I just made a delicious smelling dinner with mystery meat. Will you have some?

Err...no. Thanks anyway.

8. If you are driving in the rain and you see a person walking along the road, do you intentionally try to splash them?

WTF?! No way! That's just nasty! Nothing worse than wet pants let me tell you. They get wet enough around the cuffs when you're walking along in the rain umbrella or no.

9. Yearbooks- do you still have any from school?

I have all of them, but they're not like US ones, where your friends can sign the back, they're all official, but nice.

10. What kind of shampoo do you use?

Garner Fructus, which I'm not sure how to spell.

11. And just to counter Ber's first question from last week.... What's the hottest temps you have experienced?

I think it was like 45 degrees once, celicius I mean, and holy shit that was just hideous! Any day with a hot wind though, is pretty awful.

FOUR FOR FRIDAY

Q1 - The American Dream: This question comes courtesy of John Zogby, President of Zogby International and the author of The Way We'll Be: The Zogby Report on the Transformation of the American Dream. Which of the following statements best represents your goals in life?

I'm not American, so I shan't answer this. Also there's a whole huge block of text and i don't feel like going through it all. :OP

Q2 - Value: It's not just the American dollar that's losing value. A government agency has decided that an American life isn't worth what it used to be. The "value of a statistical life" is $6.9 million in today's dollars, the Environmental Protection Agency reckoned in May _ a drop of nearly $1 million from just five years ago. (The Associated Press discovered the change after a review of cost-benefit analyses over more than a dozen years.) Though it may seem like a harmless bureaucratic recalculation, the devaluation has real consequences. When drawing up regulations, government agencies put a value on human life and then weigh the costs versus the lifesaving benefits of a proposed rule. The less a life is worth to the government, the less the need for a regulation, such as tighter restrictions on pollution. What value do you place on your own life? Does $6.9 million seem high or low to you?

Hey now, that's not right! Every life is priceless! You can't put a figure on a person's soul. Screw you guys!

Q3 - Branding the Incident: Quickly after yesterday's crash landing of a US Airways jetliner in New York's Hudson River, television networks began referring to the incident as "Miracle on the Hudson." Do you appreciate that television producers "name" incidents such as these, or do you think its a waste of time and energy to devote critical news gathering and reporting resources to the "branding" of news stories.

Nah, it was a miracle all things considered! Plus it makes it easier to look up on Google and such.

Q4 - Decorating: A popular Los Angeles-based interior designer has been chosen to redecorate the White House. Michael Smith was named this week as the Obama's choice to put their mark on the private quarters in the East Wing of the executive mansion, including the bedrooms of their daughters. If you could completely redecorate any room in your house at someone else's expense, what room would you choose and what would have done to it?

Well, I only have two rooms in my apartment, and since one is the bathroom, I'd pick the main one! I'd have lots of shelves put in, that would clean up the place a bit I think. :O)

Friday Fill-In

1. Oh, I am so glad I have air conditioning in the apartment, even if we contravened Strata Laws to do it!

2. I'm kinda uncomfortable with changes, big and little.

3. During my work days, I struggle not to let my mind wander!

4. The name Fred Dickie; are you kidding me???

5. Right now I'd like to be right where I am, 'cause I'm having a good time!

6. The net is my favorite gadget. (Hey, it counts...)

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to catching up with my LJ friends, tomorrow my plans include going out and maybe buying some sneakers and Sunday, I want to not sure, arrange something with firends maybe!

Friday5

Net Habits

1. What types of blogs do you usually read?

Ones that have to do with my interest and of course those of friends I've met through my fandoms and in real life, good times!

2. What kinds of products do you usually buy when you shop online?

Books! They're actually cheaper even with the postage, what's with that? Although now the Aussie dollar isn't so good against the US, that might not be quite true.

3. What kinds of online videos do you usually spend time watching?

Funny ones on You Tube, or I might download shows that I've missed or haven't got a chance to watch.

4. Besides Friday 5, what weekly memes do you particularly enjoy?

See http://thedailymeme.com for details! :OD

5. Where do you like to go for streaming online music?

Don't really stream music, sometimes I listen to 101.7 through my laptop.

Well, that's both Thursday and Friday's memes, so that's cool.

I have to go to bed early tonight not just to catch up on any sleep I may of lost, but because I need to get my eyebrows waxed tomorrow morning at 9am (it was the only time I could get), so yeah, gotta be up for that.

That's all I have to say right now, so ta ta!
