A New Gym!
Apr. 12th, 2012 10:50 pm10:15pm: Yes, seeing as it's a Thursday and things stay open later I decided to head on over to the Sydney University fitness centre to see what was on offer. I ended up with a 10 visit pass $155, which is a bit steep, but my parents have been paying for the gym so...
Anyway! Good news they have most of the machines that the RSL Club gym has - except that the weights are different, which is a bit of an ass. They also have a 50 m pool and it turns out that the pool at the RSL gym is significantly smaller than I thought it was. Boo.
The only weird thing was I was minding my own business doing my weights and whatnot when some chap decided to try and chat me up. Erm, no thanks. He did back off when I said "no thanks" but still. Werid thing is, he looked really familar, but I can't imagine where I could have seen him before. Still weird! Mum mentioned that the good thing about joining the Uni gym would be there'd be more people my age, but yeah I'm not looking to make friends or get dates. :OP
Anyway! What else to report? It was a good day at work and the boss gave me one of the left over medium sized easter eggs, yay! :OD
Anything else to report? Not really, although I'm really looking forward to wearing my new outfit tomorrow! I must take a photo before I leave tomorrow morning. :OD
In the meantime let's have the Meme:
Booking Through Thursday
Eternity
What book took you the longest to read, and do you feel it was the content or just the length that made it so?
Well...I never did finish A Foreign Wife which was a book we had to read for English in Year 9 I think, mostly beause it was a trainwreck of a book, seriously it sucked!
Also I never did get to the end of a book called Uther which was rather surprising because i thought it'd be interesting, but it just really dragged. Shocking I know!
And that's about all I have to say for now, goodnight!
