Internet moving veeery slowly...
Apr. 8th, 2009 11:42 pm11:08pm: I think my brother might not know about how the internet here counts uploads as well as downloads (which isn't usual in the internet account game I would have thought...), either that or it's just a bit slow. LOL.
I've decided to bring my Capt Jack into the Nexus...because c'mon on once John tells him about it you know he couldn't resist taking a sticky beak! (And damn me, he only just posted and he's all ready got two replies!)
In less cheerful news...major fuck up! This morning I got up at 6:30am! By mistake I mean, not on purpose and I thought to myself, oh good I'll be able to get myself to the Medical Centre to drop off some necessary samples.
But somehow...I let myself get so fucking distracted instead of being early or even on time to work, I was ten minutes late!
Oh my boss was steamed! I'm afraid I didn't make much of an impression, I spoke about considering a new job (at a library maybe), which the boss seemed to think of as me running away from responsibility.
Which mighn't be any of his business, but the fact remains, that wasn't exactly the sort of impression I wanted to leave behind at my first job! But then again, I kind of deserve it because I sure have made a balls of a lot of things there. Sigh!
So yeah...hope I can get a decent reference...or maybe I should just try harder I don't know...the thing is the Boss wants me to take a real interest in the company, as if I'm going to go into the same branch of business myself one day. But frankly, that's never been the plan! I just want a job that's relatively interesting, pays relatively decently and allows me to go home and think about other jazz.
Anyway, it's late (and Capt Jack's got another reply all ready!) so I better answer those then hit the hay.

Hmmm...my favourite groups are mostly old ones, LOL!, but The Corrs is one of my modern liked ones and I think it'd be cool if they covered something like Styaing Alive, LMAO that'd just be hilarious!

It's just going into Autumn so it's still OK, not too chilly yet, so yeah I'd say I'm enjoying it. Won't be so much when my fingers start getting cold!

Probably the 80s, they had lots of good movies then the first Back to the Future - my all time favourite, Looks Who's Talking, Spaceballs, Flying High!. No doubt about it, the hairstyles, clothes and glasses might have sucked, but the movies did not!

Most depressing Lord of the Flies, the idea that only one kid would be all "What the fuck?" and he gets killed for it? Really nice preception of the human condition there Mr. Golding. Also the descriptions creeped me out and the fact we had to study the damn thing for 12 weeks can really piss off a person!
The most uplifting? I dunno...never really thought about it. Dear me, I must be a glass is half empty kind of person since I could remember the most depressing one so easily!

Knock on wood, I've never been pranked! Come to think of it...I really should have pretended I was playing a prank the other week...but it probably would have backfired like whoah!

5. What is the most annoying commercial on the air right now?
Gee I've taken to tuning them out these days...that one with Pat Rafter and the Bonds undies is sadly rather irritating. I like Pat Rafter, but the premise is totally screwy!
6. If you were going to create a porn movie, please describe the title, premise and 1st sex scene.
I would call it Loopy Por Toi (French titles make things sound sexy even when they're not...) it would be about two dashingly handsome men from a future time...caught in a loop, two weeks over and over again. :OP
