10:31pm: Yep, I was originally going to go back to the apartment, but my little bro has to have his car repaired and I've agreed to lend him mine so he can get home after work tomorrow. He'll bring it back on Friday when I'll be back in this area going to a job interview so it all works out. Except I had to stick Forensic Investigators on a random tape, on the plus side though, you can get Ch. 7 here clearly! Ah...good stuff.
On my way over here in the bus, I stopped by Broadway to place an order for The Sims 2 Pets because I saw something while searching for shops that might have it early and got a scare! I thought they were all sold out and I'd have to wait 'til November for my copy. But it hasn't come out here yet, won't for another week (what's with that?), so I've put 10 bucks down.
I also got money from the Medicare for the pyschiatrist bill and $15 from my big bro that I lent him aaages ago, so I'm not totally poor anymore, phew! Still, I'm hanging a bit...yikes...I really need to get a job!
It was hot as Hell though, I had a mental blank on the weather and wore my jeans, so by the time I'd travelled in all those buses (one seemed to have its heater on instead of its aircon), got in my un-airconditioned car, picked up Dad's new chair, parked in the parking lot, brought stuff from Woolies and driven back to the parentals I was sweating. Most of my clothes are at the apartment now, so the only short thing I could find was my old green tennis dress. Da-yamn, that thing is short, it also says its a size 14, but I a bit of trouble getting it over my big butt :OP, so that's pretty weird...
Anyway, not much else to do now, what with the lack of Sims and all (left my laptop at home), although I found out that some of my hacks won't work in Pets, specifically the Dorm Gender Controller, damn...I want my dorms to be single-sexed because how often do unisexed dorms happen anyway? Hopefully they'll rewrite the codes and everything by the time I've got to send my next Simmie to Uni. But this is exciting, you can now have up to 10 family members! Which after all the to-ing and fro-ing I had to do with McFly Family annoying, but I'm not going to restart at this stage (I had three McFly familys before settling down on this oen, kept making mistakes and had to restart.)

Wednesday Mind Hump
Today is Long Distance Day. (You learn something new everyday! That reminds me though, I missed Walk to Work Day! Granted I wasn't working, but still, damn.)
1. What's the longest distance you've ever traveled?
Well, going around the world would probably be it. :O)
2. What's the longest distance you've ever walked?
I think I walked 15 kms once, or maybe even 20 when I ran away from home one night and walked across the Habour Bridge, all around the city and back. I eventually got back home and boy were my legs sore the next day.
3. How far away is the friend/relative who lives the longest distance from you?
Sniff, I think that would be my big bro, now he's all the way over in Japan. Ah, alas! Although my AIM friends in American and "Uncle" David in England trump him.
At the moment there's this bruhaha about this new ad where this guy gets really long nipples, and I have one thing to say about it.
"It certainly doesn't make me want a Mentos."
Seriously ads are getting gross this day, you've got that sweating man ad, and way back when they had the one with the alcoholic tongue that went crawling through the streets to get a beer, that was just gross.
What's the world coming to I ask you!
Anyway, it's 11pm and my mother is guarenteed to wake me early tomorrow so I better turn in.
